MSE 2025: New Exchange Backed by Zerodha | Big Updates & Opportunities!

MSEI also called Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India has issues 119 Cr shares.
Subscribed equally by:
a. Billionbrains Garage Ventures Private Limited who also owns the broking platform Groww
b. RainMatter Investments promoted by promoters of Zerodha.
c. Share India Securities PrivateLimited, a broking company with a large prop activity from Delhi.
d. Securocrop Securities India Private Limited
Going by filings from Share India, seems the shares of ₹1/- have been allotted at a premium of ₹1/-. Which means MSEI will get ₹238Cr from this issue.
It was long been rumoured that SX40 the primary index of the exchange could be revived and F&O contracts could start in this contract. The coming together of these entities seems to be a movement in this direction.
SEBI had restricted exchanges to one expiry day in a week. The revival of this exchange could give traders and investors a 3rd expiry day in a week.
