On my 2023 F350 XL CC. SRW STX I have LED headlights, fog lights, blacked out grill, blacked out badge, spray in bed liner. 360 camera, tail gate step, 20” wheels. But only have the 8” screen, oh darn.
Owned many Lariet F350's in my day. I now got a 2024 xlt with just a few basic options. Sticker is $62,000 with delivery. Lariets got to crazy with all the gadets that don't really do the job well or as I say stupid stuff and also can and do fail costing $$$$. Got rid of the diesel too since Godzilla. Thankful of that. It wasn't the money it was want I wanted after changes and stupid gadgets added over the years.
Love it. Had all diesels from Ford since 2002. I haul a vnose 101 in x 15 ft vnose snowmachine trailer. Also a truck camper in the bed that weights 4500lbs. Hauls it nicely. Being 373 gearing it shifts more then the diesel of course but it's a 10 speed so not bad. 4.30 gears would stop some of that but I mostly don't tow so no problem. @@sun_dreaming
@jimbobxcityguy5338 oh perfect, thanks for the info! I'm looking at the Tremor 7.3 and it has the 4.30 gears. Do you notice a big difference in the handling of front end when unloaded compared to the diesels? I'd imagine it'd handle better and feel lighter.
yes it's much better balanced. driving it around it's easy to notice and plowing without botherin or needing to put balast in the back is a blessing. The diesel was front heavy so much. @@sun_dreaming
I got lucky and found a 2022 XLT Premium package in 2023 brand new for 62K. Has all the options less the big screen and leather seats. It does have heated seats but not AC seats. I didn't even know there was a premium package when I found it.
I ordered my F-350 in XLT Tremor guise. Don't care for the luxury features most people want to get. I'm saving $20K in the deal just by sticking to an XLT.
I would take the XLT over the tremor. I would rather have bare bones and have all that awesome chrome over all the bells and whistles. But that’s just me.
When I go to the Ford website the Tremor option is only showing on King Ranch and above. Is this just a website error or did Ford decide to stop offering it on the lower trim levels???
@@chasefriess6231 I didn't drive the diesel enough to compare them, but did have 2 disels previously. To save on maintenance and eliminate diesel issues I prefer the gas version. I rarely tow but need the room. I could have went with a 150, but they are close to the same price so got a 350.
Because there are two very different options. 7.3L Godzilla vs 6.7L High Output - both have their pros and cons. It's obviously very dependent on the customer's needs. Both of these trucks had the standard 7.3L engine so it wasn't a difference in the comparison. Also not a salesman 👍
I agree! I was waiting for the type of engine since that will change the sticker price. I'm glad to see that both had the 7.3 gasser. I'm looking forward to my next gas powerhouse!
XLT looks better to me. After owing a truck with a front painted bumper I would never do it again. Chrome all the way. Only thing I would want from the Lariat version is the headlights, can you get the upgraded C channel LED lights on the XLT?
You can get the ugly LED lights with the Sport package for about $6k total from Ford. I'd buy Morimoto's for $1,500 if it really matters. I plan to order an XLT Tremor with halogen lights and use an LED light bar.
Drives me nuts that you can't get the Tremor with the long bed, which means no 48 gal fuel tank. Also, if you get a Lariat Ultimate and the Tremor package, you lose the power running boards for no credit.
You can get the power running boards for no additional cost. Comes with the ultimate package. Just have to check the box...many prefer the Raptor running boards though.
Did they at least make the tail gate level with the bed when open? I can’t stand my 22 with it being off a 1/4+ or so. Here let me just ram these materials into this lip so it doesn’t slide in smoothly…
Dam blacked out trim and all the rest of the blacked out crap costs more😂 Is that what everyone wants now😂😂😂😂😂 Just think it's stupid to pay for shit like that!!! These trucks are already to expensive...!!!!!!
The redesigned SuperDuty's looks horrible. Why in the world would #Ford destroy the exterior of the HD trucks? The addition of the bed & bumper steps has ruined the classic body lines. Home many steps do we need ? #terrible #FORD
This video is a waste of time. Why do you need a camera to look around when you have WINDOWS? Why are the cameras that add thousands of dollars a good thing? Open your damn eyes!
Take xlt kids you can’t get after market leather seats for $2k and lift kit for $2500 will ride much better then $89k
These prices aren't normal.

STX is one of my favorite packages on the Super Duty. So much value added in a single group.

How are you liking the Godzilla and what's the most you've towed with it?

My 23 tremor lariat with the HO was 88k. Smoothiest truck for road trips
$88k? That sounds like full window sticker price. You did not negotiate for a better deal?
I ordered my F-350 in XLT Tremor guise. Don't care for the luxury features most people want to get. I'm saving $20K in the deal just by sticking to an XLT.
Why do these trucks only come with column shifters?
Because they're TRUCKS.
I would take the XLT over the tremor. I would rather have bare bones and have all that awesome chrome over all the bells and whistles. But that’s just me.
They are both Tremors though..
I think the $60 thousand dollar one we should get more for our money as far as features go
When I go to the Ford website the Tremor option is only showing on King Ranch and above. Is this just a website error or did Ford decide to stop offering it on the lower trim levels???
Just double checked the build and price site. It’s on the XLT and Lariat!
You can get it on xlt and lariat package
For me, had 2 diesels, 7.3 Lariat Ultimate tremor all the way.
How do you like the 7.3 gas compared to the 6.7ho diesel?

Would have liked to have seen the payload sticker in the doors for both to see how all the extra's impacted the overall payload.
You must be truck salesman. You never mentioned engine.

Damn what size is that building?
I wouldn’t mind an XLT but I need the sports package, B&O sound system, no middle bench seat and panoramic roof.
Do they have engines

Since when is a XLT a base level truck I don’t think so!
Base level Tremor! Value wise the STX might be the best bang for your buck on the whole lineup.
Probably get the XLT and change the grill. Problem solved and saves a lot of money.
Gadgets and trim upgrades is not worth the extra $19.000...I'll take the lesser of the two.
Drives me nuts that you can't get the Tremor with the long bed, which means no 48 gal fuel tank.

no 8 foot beed because worse departure angle
It's the same with the black appearance with lariat ult, you lose the power boards with no credit

Designed by an engineer who has never actually used a truck! 😐

83K! Is Ford Crazy!
Please make sure your commercials are not 5 times louder than your content
Neither truck is worth the price. Probably why these are still flying off the showroom floors.......................opps.

Gmc FTW.
Lariat isn't the highest. I have a Platinum and it blows away both of these. Have fun!
