I had to replace those on my Whirlpool about the time this video was posted. There are various ways to get to them, but overall it is a fairly simple fix. I got my parts from Amazon also.

If your agitator is no good just cause your clothes to stay wet my wife says after it has finished washing everything the clothes are still super wet I checked all drains and hoses and everything is clear
