@@Nurse_villa his parents ate Jamaicsns born and raised. He is automatically Jamaican. However as he is born in US he is also a US citizen.

Thanks great video!
Excellent video. The brother is very outstanding. Thanks for sharing
Thank you so much for the information
@MaxMawell this is amazing! Hope you do a faze 2 & 3 and I am able to get in!
Good informative video, but your camera man should have panned towards the batch machinery doing the work when y'all spoke on it instead of just another angle of you. Good work though
😂😂😂
That's more technical for a new comer to video blogging...
😂
Great content. It makes sense for Africans in the diaspora to invest in Africa. Africans need to have a plan B in a world that is pivoting towards identity politics. Build the Africa you want to see instead of complaining. Those making excuses not to invest should note thst white Europeans/ Ametuca have been investing in Africa for centuries. They always find a way around the obstacles. What then does this say of black entrepreneurs if petty obstacles are enough to put you off?
$185 k for a villa in Zanzibar is a steal. Congratulations! I suspect all are gone.
totally agree, thats too much. should be priced under 80k.
@@DAlo-r9t why should it be $80k? In America this is $400k, Jamaica this would be $250k. Stop short selling Africa
Ya with that ocean view, a definite bargain. Those who got in early were lucky.
Buying a plot close to the beach is not a joke. Building a fancy house is very expensive there, I was born there. I know more foreigners are buying land
@@DAlo-r9tBuild these under $80k and I’ll buy every single unit you produce
We, the black man, help to rebuild all of Africa.
Very nice
How many acres is the site
Is he talking about precast panels for the walls with block and beam for the ceiling and floors?
They are doing that already in Kenya.
Yeah Kenya is more expensive then Zanzibar when it comes to USD exchange
And?
Honestly, if celebrities like Jay Z PDiddy, etc, could invest in Africa like this, it would have been amazing. Unfortunately, thhmey busy with their freak off parties
Nah they to busy stuck on super rich NYC and overrated Miami where things are more expensive
Nah, the CAVEAT that comes with being ALLOWED to be rich & famous in 🇺🇸 is that, you as a BM are NOT allowed to use the wealth to HELP lift up other black folk in Babylon or the FATHERLAND!!
🤣🤣🤣
So I see buddy deleted my comment, smh the foolery!
@@section8ight174 he actually deleted alot of people comments
How can i get in touch with this very basic smart man
Do they have restaurants and shops in Zanzibar?
No they don't even have water or food. They don't even eat food there. In fact they don't have airport in Zanzibar. You have to teleport there.
???????
What? Say what? They don't even have humans there. They don't have cars. They ride lions and Tigers. What a dumb question. Boy, are U slow.
@@TheChariot99weird question people think folks building million dollar investments and no restaurants
No they don’t, they only have trees
DO YOU OVER LOOK MOMBASA BRO. 🤓🤓🤓
