I'm so happy I found this channel. I'm in maritime. I do have to say on the psychedelics, that I'm to old to be a party beast, I'm in my mid 30's. But when I'm going through some shit and I'm shore side I have found that going to the mountains, having a fire and taking mush or other substances to just get a different angle and take some time to be in the temple "Nature" and get grounded and just face some shit, I've found I've definitely crossed some bridges, patched some gaps and moved on to take on new challenges. Really it boils down to the individual. Anyway great content, great interviews, etc. Can't wait for more. 🌊

I had the window of my car smashed while driving out of a bowling alley, by a group of dudes. I smashed 2 of them with the car,and dropped 1 after it went to fist. Still had some teeth knocked out, but even though I was out numbered never hit the ground.
What should I prioritize in training if I have only a couple of hours a week to devote to training? Gun, knife, other weapon/tool, hand to hand combatives, situational awareness, or de-escalation?

It depends on where you live. San Bernardino and Riverside county Sheriffs are both very pro 2A and permits are readily issued. Others are a different story.
Depends on the county. Fresno was easy. Margaret Mimms was Sheriff and she was pro carry.
Got my CCW in Riverside County. Easily done and great folks.

As it was explained to me, If you believe in G0d then to stress or worry over a situation is a Sin. It's a sin because you are saying I believe in you G0d but i don't trust you to protect me from this event or situation. Don't worry or stress over what ever is happening in your life. its wasted energy. Instead use that same energy to grow stronger in G0d's presence.

Yes fast, especially with mushrooms because your stomach may get upset. But have crackers and like some ginger for snacks while you are tripping. Fruit and juice, light stuff like that, and ALWAYS have water on hand to sip.
DON'T deprive yourself of sleep before a trip, absolutely not. Your body needs to be fully rested to have a good trip, and you will need lots of extra sleep afterwards, too, and for a few days.
