  • BBC Gardener of The Decade, Katherine Crouch, on pot plants and container gardening.
Katherine uses a mixture of garden pot plants in this video to help inspire your own garden planting ideas. When chosing garden pot plants Katherine uses a 'thriller' plant to give height and drama, a 'filler' plant to provide foliage and colour and finally a 'spiller' pot plant to trail out over the edges of the pot or container. Watch the video and see the beautiful results this method of pot planting will create.
Katherine also describes methods of fertilisation to ensure your container flower garden and garden pot plants look great all summer long.
