- To those who want to make Pandesal for breakfast but don't want to wake up early, this recipe is for you! Extra soft overnight-proof pandesal.
Ingredients
For the dough:
1 1/4 cup bread flour (200 grams)
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour (200 grams)
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp iodized salt
3/4 cup + 3 tbsp water
4 tbsp butter (80 grams) - you can also use vegetable shortening
Yeast mixture:
1/8 tsp yeast
1 tbsp warm water
1 tsp white sugar
Additional ingredients:
3 to 5 tbsp bread flour or all purpose flour for kneading

Thanks sa recipe ito n gagawin ko lagi siguro bawasan ang asukal pag mahilig ka sa palaman pero kung tinapay lang solve kana perfect to super sarap kahit walang palaman nahirapan lang ako lagi pag pan ginagawa ko kasi malamig dito ngaun sa japan ayaw bumula ng yeast ko so pinaandar ko ng 1 minute ang microwave then dun ko nilagay bumula naman kasi mainit and whole night sa oven at nilagyan ko sa tabi ng kumulong water para mainit at super sarap sa umaga thanks uli ❤

I tried your recipe and its true, medyo crunchy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside, mas ok ang overnight you can prepare the dough the night before and you can have a freshly baked pandesal the next morning👍👍👍. First time baking overnight pandesal.. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

Mahirap po icompute. Mag 400 grams n lang po kau tulad ng sa ingredients. Or kung gusto nyo po 600 grams pwede, dagdag lang kayo ng half of the ingredients nitong original recipe.

@@onyokkokok8538 hi po! Dubai-based po. Naisip ko din baka dahil malamig ang kitchen coz of ac. Iniwan ko covered with cloth sa loob ng oven overnight. Saf instant yeast po ginamit ko, hindi rin sya nagbubbles during prep. 😔
Feeling ko po sa AC po yan. Minsan kc lumalamig p dn pati loob ng oven. Tsaka dapat po bumula ng kaunti yung yeast. Kung hindi po, baka malapit n magexpire. Thanks po ulit kakokok.

My guide for overproof pandesal. Minsan nilagyan ko ng egg. By the way, ano difference sa may egg at wala? Ok lang ba if 1/4tsp ung yeast?
Pag 1/4 tsp yeast medyo amoy maasim sya bago ibake. Pero ok p dn naman.. mas okay tlg konting yeast lang dahil overnight proof naman.. difference ng egg at wala? Wala akong makitang difference. Pandagdag alsa lang pero hindi naman kailangan kasi sobrang maalsa n ang overnight proofing.

Yes, room tem water. Pero sa yeast mixture dapat warm.
No need 1st proofing.
You can use oil pero kelengan mo iadjust ang flour dahil liquid ang oil.

Kung magdagdag po kau ng egg, bawasan nyo po ang water. Powdered milk naman, mix mo n lng sa water bago mo ilagay. :)

hindi po kelangan ilagay sa fridge, if ever ifridge nyo, hindi po etong recipe na to need nyo. meron po tau yung usual pandesal, yun po pwede nyo ilagay sa fridge right after kneading.
Ask ko lng po sa overnyt pan de sal kung gagawin ko lng po 1/4 C ung sugar instead of 1/2C as per ur recipe, may pagbabago po b sa texture or same lang po? Salamat Mr. Onyok.

Hi kakokok! Some bakers po gumagamit ng cooking oil. This recipe po calls for either shortening or butter at iba po kc tlg ang effect nung sa bread. You can use oil pero masyado pong wet. You may want to adjust the amount of oil or dagdag ng konting flour hanggang makuha mo yung consistency ng dough. Make sure po n wag masyado madaming flour ha, baka kc tumigas ang dough at hindi masyadong umalsa.

Pwede po pero depende kasi yan kung gaano kainit sa lugar nyo at sa quality na yeast. You can try po. If hindi po magwork, dagdag cguro kau konting yeast pa kung gusto nyo 8 hrs lang.

Hello kakokok! Yes pwede isabay ang cheese. Wag lang po maglagay ng malamig na cheese. If hindi naconsume ang pandesal in a day, you can put in the fridge or freeze then reheat na lang if gusto kumain.

Hello! Pag nagmasa ka ng 5pm, pwede po salang ng 5am. Pag 6pm masa, 6am po salang. Mga 10 to 12hrs po na pagitan.
Re grams po, dko po natimbang kung tig ilang grams eh. Dinivide ko lang sakto sa 16pcs, pero malalaki po yan.
