Regarding FVRR, I think it will be fine. I really thought we could just watch a video on how to hook up the Google box, but at the top of those was an ai how-to. I thought, " Oh, good, this will be easy for my husband", & canceled the technician. He was NOT happy. In fact, he was mad: he should have just stayed at work, etc, etc. I KNOW I don't want to do it. We scheduled a guy to come out on Saturday.
Reading the ai instructions & finding a few videos didn't change the situation--- although I might try it for changing the heating element in our stove, because we've already done that, once. This is mostly because I don't like noises, & workmen are VERY noisy; otherwise, I'd get someone to do that, too.

My prediction is that zoom will get bought out by a big corporation with a bigger platform. Maybe Google. Reason being there isn't enough interest/reason for new users to go sign up for zoom post-pandemic.

I agree - having worked in the Modern Work division in Microsoft itself for over 4 years, the effort they put on Teams and more recently with co-pilot will put pressure over Zoom and Slack.

I agree also - just can’t see how zoom will compete with teams . While zoom is marginally better than teams as a product - the benefit of teams being integrated with windows/Microsoft and cost savings it provides outweighs the marginal benefit of zoom.
