Its a dawson front sight and the grip is a stock STI grip that extream shooters did a stipple and undercut on. TTI only designed it. Taran/TTI didn't make anything for the gun exept deliver the basepads
Taran got a few samples that he sold. those guns he did a few mods to.
Silicon carbide grips
flattened the trigger a bit
put in the green fiber
replace the magwell with the TTI one.

@@GunBoxTherapy Yeah i had enough spare time to do my reseach while waiting for my CM to arrive... Looooong 7 months, atleast im the only one in my country having one LOL. The STI is a dangerous gateway drug into the 2011 world! Now im awaiting delivery on a SV Infinity :)

To me, this is the best looking handgun in the world.
To me that goes to the CZ Shadow 2 In my opinion but this is definitely top 5 worthy gorgeous handguns

It really isn’t that heavy. And to be honest it’s quite balanced too! I was surprised to feel it in the hand knowing the lower half was mainly polymer.
Even if it was made out of All Steel it wouldn't be heavy it's just gun guys nowadays are a bunch of f****** limp noodle arm pussies
The most aggressive stippling I have ever encountered was on a generation 1 of the Dan Wesson Wraith. It almost hurt to grip.
I love that… i wear gloves and they can get a bit slippy when wet

Being in the UK and unable to own this I bought an airsoft version. It truly is a great pistol in my variant so your real steel model must be awesome.
The 1911 and all its variations are a classic design that has stood the test of time. Beautiful gun.

I'm still kicking myself in the ass for not buying one of these when Staccato was sellling them for around $3000. Now at Taran Tactical they are aroung $6000 and higher

The grip is my favorite looking part of this.

This is an extremely good looking pistol, gotta say.
I use the Lucas gun oil on basically anything its the best up there with hops 09 in my opinion.

That was the best video explaining this gun. Only thing I would like to see load a mag and show hoe to rack of the ammo and rack again to see the eject and then how to release the mag. GREAT VIDEO.

That bag looks way too cheap for the price of that badass handgun, i think it should have even way better if it was a hard shell case, with logo emboss upfront. Nonetheless I love Taran Tactical, and their John Wick combat custom guns 🔥🔥🔥🙏🏽🤘🏽

I would think a gun so expensive would come with a nice hardcase not a soft one.. At least it doesn't look cheap, I guess. Still would prefer a hardcase considering how much these cost.
I would actually prefer a soft case. It's more malleable. Once you start collecting hard cases, you quickly run out of room.
My american might be coming showing a bit but I swear I almost melted when I saw it get revealed, like that moment of extreme bliss you get when having extreme fun >.

Is a nice master peace i love ruff handle and colour they put on the barrel
It's interesting to see how much thicker the slide and the barrel is compared to an airsoft replica.

I don't know if anyone's likely to see this, but noticed he very gently unlocked the slide release and kind of caught the slide to stop it jolting forward, I don't know too much about guns - curious if that's just not to blow out his audio, or if that's like a gun maintenence thing?

Yep it’s sexy don’t get me wrong but way over priced for polymer even if I was rich I still would have a problem buying it unless it was actually used by Keanu Reeves then yes it’s worth it but if not then HELL NO. Feels like a ripoff tbh I say $1200 is reasonable but I’m still saying are you crazy it’s polymer.
It’s not polymer. The GRIP is polymer. It can be upgraded to aluminum. The slide and frame are all steel. Same concept as any Staccato 2011.

Nice pistol but they should get rid of the white letter advertising on both sides! High end manufacturers usually go with just tasteful low key engraving.
I guarantee you this is done purely because it was in John Wick. My assumption is that Taran knew it was going to have screen time so in order to boost brand recognition/readability he did the engraving that way.
