I am new here and I wouldn’t be able to tell to be honest. He would have to do some research. What I did was to check indeed to see if I saw posted in my field and my husband’s field to get an ideas of the market before I got it . So you can try that as well .

He could also look at jobs that requires his skills but outside of the classroom itself and see as well.
