This is a wonderful, off beat video of Goa. 👌👏I have no hesitation in saying that Goa is my favourite holiday destination in India and I have been to many of the places that you showed in this video. However, I still need to visit Chorao ....it looks beautiful. At 11:17 mins, the heritage cafe shown is the lovely Confeitaria 31 De Janeiro in Fontainhas ........ I have been going there since the time when there was no AC section in the cafe....now of course there is a cute AC section indoors and the old world charm seating area outdoors.

The weather is pleasant at the end of September with little to no rain. We went at that time last year and really loved it.

There are many hostels like whoopers, Gostops which are perfect for a budget trip. They have both dorms and private rooms available
