Aside from the Dream Box and Tech Zone you guys have innovative ideas that make sense to home owners. Especially homeowners who don't trust to electric devices that can be costly to repair.
Ако не стига мястото, вземете си по-големи жилища. Съседите имат такива мебели. Сутрин и вечер, голямо патъркане, тракане, шум.. Много е неприятно.. Тези мебели, стават само за малки вили на село. Но не и за апартаменти..
I am a beginner to woodwork, the main test I have with this bundle ruclips.net/user/postUgkxTNB_zFBSnTo_O1PqfVUwgi7ityw0JlKt is that I think that its hard to settle on a choice of the plan and outline to use as there are a large portion of them there. Nonetheless, I like the simple stride to step directions laid out there.
Very interesting concepts, awesome designs and ideas, unfortunately not EVERYBODY can afford these luxury items!! But on the budget spectrum, can be built with creative 2nd hand items😃👍
Every one of them was amazing, and each one would work great for anyone needing the extra space, or extra multifunctional furniture. I DID love the last one the best though. The kids bedroom one.
The folding bookcase Murphy bed looked great, though I wonder, why is the USB port in the middle of the headboard? Wouldn’t your phone then have to rest on the bed while charging? Perhaps have them either side so the phone could be left on the shelf.
My father hand me do something like this, where there were USB ports in the middle of his headboard. He wanted stuff by his left hand so they wouldn't fall off the bed.
The table to eat and made smaller, the desk that turns into a picture, the Murphy bed, the condiment cabinet,, the stair loft. Actually I love all the furniture. They all save space and are easy to use. Multi use furniture Is very good for minimalists like me.
I've seen one similar to a coffee table, but it still looks impressive. For the drop, I thought it would be something commonplace, and then I could replace the whiteboard with other items like pictures. Damn, genius. I hope it's sturdy enough.
The problem with convertible furniture for small spaces is that it often uses the space that would be otherwise used for storage, or at least eliminates the space that otherwise could have been used as a storage - and storage is also quite difficult in small spaces..
Storage is important. I do think having two spaces that have two functions becoming one space frees more room and asks for less storage. You wouldn't free an area to have it cluttered with storage. If you can cut down storage I think a room that has two raised sides, like the last video of the childrens two beds and instead of beds, become all under storage with access, you can create a space on top of your storage and not loose a room to having it become all clutter. I like the idea of having storage under a platform to still have the entire room but just raised.
I love the unit that just at first is a book shelf and then fold out to the sides with bed in the middle and fold out desk on the side. I also love the room with drawer beds for children.
The folding magic table is the best. the rolling dinner table makes me ask the question if those rolls can be fixed so the table doesnt move unwanted. the folding craft area is cool gonna check the webside
That first table would be better if the top could be moved up so one can use it as a workspace while on the sofa. Maybe the drop out spice rack would have been nice if they actually took off the plastic wrap from the new spices.
the problem with mattresses that fold easily as to be in convertible/multifunction furniture is that they will not offer nice support. so the sliding murphy bed is a good idea for one night guests only but the better idea is the standard murphy bed so you can use a better mattress.
I sleep on convertable sofa/bed whole my life as it's a popular thing here (some visiting Englishman written that he thought we are a nation of vampires as he hadn't seen a bed in any flat when he had visited). I suppose it may feel a bit uncomfortable for a person who's not used to it, but one can always use a surface matress.
That pull-down desktop (#2) is just all sorts of sketchy to me. That either be one hell of a robust hinge. If not, there should be supplemental side supports cause people are gonna lean on the desk top.
There are lots of clever hidden table concepts, but most of them don't address the issue of where to put all those chairs, for your 10 person dinner party, when you're not using them.
Love the design on the convertible couch - that makes more sense than anything else I've ever seen and I'm 60. Also love the fancy Murphy bed/ desk/storage combinations
Very nice furniture. I love double duty furniture. However, when it's double duty, most manufacturers charge double whatever each single duty piece together would cost. So, I've looked but never bought.
Great ideas in general, but the issue with the kid's room is that it's a bit of a safety hazard. Young children are a menace, and having moving furniture where they can accidentally squish themselves isn't a good idea. What's missing is some sort of child-proof lock feature locking these beds in place when extended. Having some type of barrier you move down into position at the head of the bed would do it, so the beds can't be pushed back when in use.

You don't say which coffee table aroused your ire, so this is generic, I admit.... Nowhere did the vid say that the coffee tables are for people who don't have room for a coffee table...
The children's room didn't make a lot of sense to me. You still have to keep all that floor space clear every day for the beds to slide out at night. In reality, this has to be a really big room, and a set of bunk beds would free up much more useable space, thus eliminating the need for this large of a room. I mean, it isn't like it's a room for adults who can stay up late if they need to. Children need to have quiet at their bed times. So you can't really use that bed floor space for anything else... You can't entertain, for example, in the bed floor space, then shoo your guests out of the kids' room bed space at 8:00 pm so that you can pull out the beds and shut the bedroom door so that your children can sleep? The beds might as well just stay out. A better way would be for the raised floor to be adult space, such as a home office, or even a kitchen!, or regular dining space or home workout area, that sort of thing? And an adult full? queen? sized bed to be the sliding bed. You can pull the bed out slightly in order to act like couch seating, and when the adults are ready to sleep, pull the bed all the way out. That way the bedroom, with a door, can be the children's room...
Now, what do you think? Which of these smart solutions do you like the most? 🙂
The slide out bed at the end is my favorite space saver.

If your house is actually small, you can't unfold most of these designs. Look how huge those rooms are.

How do you find out the manufacturers of these products?
Very nice furniture. I love double duty furniture. However, when it's double duty, most manufacturers charge double whatever each single duty piece together would cost. So, I've looked but never bought.
