Im sorry for your loss. I play Kiwi and Pixel videos to my budgie Dorothy after she lost her mate Johnny in February. It keeps her company and she is comforted by their chatter. Dorothy is blue and white like Pixel and Johnny was green and yellow like Kiwi.

I'm sorry you lost your dog. It's always hard to lose a pet. Kiwi and Pixel are so sweet. I enjoy watching them, and Kiwi is the handsomest little boy.

So sorry about Buddy. I think that is the hardest part of having pets, that their lifespan is less than ours. I had my Amazon parrot Puffin for one month short of 38 years. More than half my life. He was the constant in my life and saw me through two divorces, multiple moves and a few birdie pals. I still miss him even though it was April 2015 when he passed off of this earth. I hope that your happy memories of Buddy will soon outweigh your sorrows.

It’s sad to hear that you lost him. It was a pleasure to see him, and you two took great care of him.
We are pretty devastated. It’s amazing how fast they become part of the family. You build a daily routine around them just like with the birds. We were fortunate to have him and were by his side when he passed.
I know the feeling all too well. I lost my Alaskan Malamute, Chelsea, back in January 2018, had her for 15 years. I think about all the fun memories we had together during her life. It gets easier with time, but... sad moments still come now and then, and... that’s okay.

Every so often, Pixel angrily opens his beak in defiance, like your average bird of prey.
They are Beautiful.. thank you for posting my parakeets name is Frankie he’s a little green one only 12 weeks old .. So I play pixel for him a lot so he can learn how to whistle got the fish

Sorry to hear, that Buddy passed away, it's always hard to lose a beloved one, even if it is an animal. I still miss my little budgie, which passed away in 2010, but if we keep em in our hearts, they will still wander and flap their wings with us!

This makes me a bit uncomfortable, my friend had 2 birds that looked just like this. They acted fairly similar too, and got along great. But um, the green one killed the blue one. Then died soon after.

Probably. Keep in mind you need to quarantine them in separate cages and rooms for a month first.
