Ham and cheese sticks

Making ham and cheese sticks took me back to the days when I lived near a store that sold the most delicious cheese sticks. I would buy few and finish them all before even getting home. Since moving away, I haven't found any store that sells them quite like that, so I decided to make my own version. The first bite instantly brought back all those memories! The strong grilled cheddar cheese flavour is all that I have missed. I have added ham though couldn’t taste much of it.
These ham and cheese sticks are perfect as a snack, a school lunch, or even as a quick weekend lunch for the kids. They’re simple yet packed with flavour.
Ingredient:
2 house brand puff pastry
Matured cheddar cheese grated
Smoked ham sliced
1 beaten egg to egg wash
Sesame seeds
Instructions~ as shown on video, bake on 190 for 20-25 minutes or till golden brown
