20 Site Work and MMM used in DBM

Whoever giving info is well experienced and covered all aspects
1. Air compressor is used to remive dust and small interfering particles
2. Firstly, Prime coat is applied over its previous GSB layer (Granular Sub Base) to make good bonding among Aggregates used in GSB layer and so that they don't move when Base Layer is poured over them.
3. Then Tack Coat is used to make base layer ready for better adhesion with upcoming bitumen Surface layer (wearing surface), if needed, micro surface sheeting can also be used in areas of high annual Rainfall to prevent water going inside 🤗👌
I think prime coat is applied over WBM or WMM layer not on GSB layer
@@MS-qm2hj na bhai, prime Field pr GSB k upar hi apply krte h and existing surface par Tack coating for upcoming Overlay
Prime coat is applied over WMM to stop the moisture of WMM into BM or DBM. And the Tack coat is used as a binder between BM/DBM and SDBC/Surface . And finally seal coat is sprayed over SDBC/ final surface as waterproofing

Sir I have a project where v have excavated 2 ft of black cotton soil and filled it with murrum then road rolled and compacted on that wbm 100 mm layer on that again wbm 75 mm layer now for the final wat you suggest shall I clean it perfectly apply tack coat lay 1 no mettle layer and then apply tackcoat and lay grit bituminous carpet on that

If one layer is layed at one side , then another side can be layed by using bed sensor , then why to use the string rods ( peg), at another side. Plz reply.

Is it necessary to more thickness asphalt laying pavement? Like if our requirement 50 mm thickness asphalt after Compaction how much we have to put when we are laying pavement.

Bhayya I have a doubt
1) there is no safety for laying traffic vehicles are coming on laying surface
2) before laying it should be complete shoulders there is no shoulders preparation
3)in my observation there is no edge cutting happen in center
4) vehicles are not covered with tarpaulin so that temperature will reduce
