Nothing Batman has will survive a couple seconds from the laser vision, or can stop Homelander from just speed blitzing him, or even just restraining the guy. Homelander is a weaker Superman, but unlike Supes, he doesn't have a Kryptonite. He doesn't have an immediately exploitable weakness
