Got one of these as a basket case as part of a trade deal. Sadly its already missing almost all of the power valve components which makes it a little tought to want to restore since they so expenive. Love how comprehensive your video is though it will help me ton in disassembly!
Unfortunately i sold the bike after the disassemble and cleaning of all the parts, which i almost regret since i really miss a 125 in the garage ^^ Thank's for watching! :)
Well the engine is fairly disassembled is it not? It's not a tutorial. But i guess the purpose of the video is to show how to disassemble the engine and split the cases. Anything specific you are looking for?
@@herfeo202 Hello there! :) I started by scraping the most dirt off with the backside off a dish-brush. Then i used WD-40 (like half a can) to get it fairly clean. Spray it, then use a soft brush to really get in in there. Then WIPE the dirt off the engine. Is it a 1993 you are working on? How is it going? Did you find a rebuild-kit for it?

Nice, it can be hard to find good parts for theese ones, but if you do it will be worth it, really cool bikes. Glad you enjoyed the video!

Do you know if I can use a cylinder of a yz 125 for my Kx 125 2002? thanks
I doubt it, sorry. Suzuki and Kawasaki was basically the same bike for some models. But i've never heard of someone using parts from Yamaha.
What's the song its wonderful
I guess your looking for "you and me" by Elder Kedem. Thank's for watching 👊
I thought he was going to show how you to disassemble it. What was the point of this video?

Did you buy a kit to rebuild the bottom end? If so, where did you get it?
I had some real trouble to find parts to this bike, so I sold it in parts unfortunately.
But I think ProX got a crank for like 250 bucks. Hope you find your parts!
Ok thanks for the help!
Hey I'm back with another question lol, what did you use to get it so clean? I'm just using some gas to free up the chunks.

How did u remove the primary gear bolt I skipped it at 11:30??
Look at 6.03. You remove the clutch and then you either hold the hub with a tool, or you can hold the crank with a flywheelholder.
What year is your bike,?
Think it was a 91 or 92.
How many pressure plates are in the clutch 7 ?
I'm Pretty Confident I can Do this
Sure thing! Time for a rebuild?
