    In this video I show you how to find a neutral spine. This is important because a neutral spine gives your body a solid foundation and ensures pressure is distributed evenly. If you are not neutral, it can result in bulging disks or pinched nerves.

    Do this exercise daily to find your neutral spine. One of the best times is when cooking dinner!
