It is the focus on lack that creates the hunger, not the desire. Directing your Plutonian lazer focus on lack generates a vampiric black hole in your energy field with a hunger so profound that it can never be saited by external forces. If you switch your focus to generate an outpouring of love and appreciation toward the external, the hole becomes filled with and endless energy source which enables you to feel more connected to the people and things you love and appreciate, and helps manifest more more connection. I just wanted to clarify, because too many people go toward hyper independence as defence mechanism which is just as unhealthy as codependency. You can not kill the need for external connection.
When I externalize my love expression fully people become obsessed with me. I’m learning boundaries which seems to be the biggest challenge with Venus conjunct Pluto.
I am a 3 degree Scorpio rising, Pluto on my ascendant, Venus at 0 degree Pisces trine my Pluto/Scorpio ascendant. I feel this deeply, but I will say I have always felt divinely protected and divinely unconditionally loved by God since I was a child, and I tend to love people, see their wounds and reasons for bad behavior without attaching myself to them, which has helped since I grew up moving every 6 months to a year. I did get into a 20 year marriage where I loved him unconditionally (still do), but their was definitely an unhealthy dynamic of me finding someone with an insatiable need to be fulfilled through any and all external factors. He was never happy or satisfied. Only a miracle could create the circumstances where he’d even feel the desire to be content in any aspect of his life. I’m so very sad for him.
Yeah my Gemini venus is more afflicted but grateful with a few trines to north node in leo and libra pluto. The affliction,venus opposite sag neptune square mars and saturn in virgo 9th. Relationships have been difficult in the past. I self sacrificed alot just to recieve bread crumbs.I was very deprived of family bonding or healthy love(narcissistic abuse) groomed to be an extension of others desires at my own expense as well as a scapegoat for their pain. It's been a very challenging experience since i truly and deeply love to love and value deep committed bonds. I have been loving myself regardless while simultaneously reprogramming the old and learning what healthy whole relationships look and feel like within. But I have struggled with addiction to drugs and love... you name it. I love so deeply I have lost myself which I'm still working on. I've been on methadone since I was 18 I'm 41 and I still haven't been able to let that go either. Even though I've tried. Opiate addiction isn't something many survive though. So I'm thankful for still being here to this 3D reality.

Not everybody who has this aspect will necessarily be polyamorous, often far from it. One of my points in this discussion is for someone on that path not to feel judged, because Pluto can take us to those difficult places for karmic reasons sometimes. I agree that poly is probably not for most people. Many who do it find themselves looking back on it later as a phase. But not everyone.
Yes as an experience for a while it might be an option for those who needs that.. And I was surprised hearing this thought bcs I know smn with pluto opposition Venus / Mars who recently told me that they are exactly that.. Polyamourous (that's why I know what that is..
