  • In this video we quickly go over a little accessory I wanted to highlight for use on all Ricoh GR3 cameras.
It's weird... unique... and actually good?

I’ve got one, the reason the leaves on mine would not close correctly, I could not fix it so I bought one of those, it does the job and is really cool and it will still go in your pocket.

Very interesting, I had one of these on my Panasonic LX100.
What is the total depth of the camera (in mm), with this cap attached? Is it still pockatable?
Also, does it still work with the stick-on UV filter (which also provides good protection) glued to the front of the lens.

It's still pocketable but not nearly as much as before. Great lens cap for just tossing the camera in a bag. I'm not too sure about the UV filter.

Hi! Do you know if the camera with this lens cap attached will fit inside the official GR leather case?

@martinohesse I don't, sorry. But I use this case and it fits great : www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/643742-REG/OP_TECH_USA_7401024_Digital_D_Soft_Pouch.html

@@B_VALERIOthe answer is no, its alway problem with compact camera, sooner or later, dust can alway find a way.

It will protect against debris, but it is by no means dust proof.
