I have a suggestion that might be kind of fun. How about an "I hate my client" build. Some ideas to give you a frame of reference for what to shoot for are: * Mini-ITX mobo in the biggest case possible. * Mismathced RAM (to the degree the game allows that) * Imbalanced CPU/GPU pair. * Cooling that makes no sense. * Gimp the performance by underclocking the CPU/GPU * And any other things that you can think of that one 'shouldn't' do in a build. Hope this one gives you a giggle.
I want to play a very GPU intensive game, sO i dOnT nEeD a gOoD CpU. Build me a PC with an rtx 2080 ti and make sure its water cooled (only the gpu) and 16 gb of ram any speed. For the CPU use the cheapest possible CPU and make sure its cooled with good old air... pick the rest.
A GTX 1660 Ti is better. The way how NVidia ranks their GPUs are for example: RTX 2080 (Base version) RTX 2080 Super (Slightly better version of the GPU) RTX 2080 Ti (Best version of the model) Ti > Super Ti (Best version) Super (Slightly better version) Hope this helped.

I would like a ryzen 5 3600, 540 tomahawk max, (8gb ram sticks)(2) corsair vengance rgb pro (white), xpg 512 gig ssd, geforce rtx 2060 super, a corsair 275 airflow, a corsair cx750m 80+ bronze power supply, and some corsair LL series rgb fans (white). If not can you try similar parts? edit: I forgot to add this the cpu with a stock cooler
