Ich glaube, weil er seit 2016 Krebs hatte und er von den Behandlungen oft entweder sehr eingefallen oder aufgedunsen im Gesicht aussah. Er wollte nicht, dass da so auffällt, weil er es nicht öffentlich machen wollte, dass er krank war.
