To answer the question no one asked, I bought a model S 85 in late 2014 and am looking to take advantage of these lower used prices to get back into one. Switched to a 3 just over 5 years ago for the increased performance and newer tech. 3s have become too common, and the S is much better looking, though the new 3 is an improvement. Don't have as much liquid cash as I did when I first got the S, so I'll have to get a used one. I figure I could at least get the latest version in the low $60k range, but would ideally like to get a Plaid around the $70k mark. Hell of a lot of car for that money. My original S was $92k, and the new S is orders of magnitude better. Aiming to do this in the next few months.
I really hope they make the Performance Model 3 stand out in comparison to the other trim levels. Different bumpers, exclusive wheels, different spoiler, and maybe a cool lip kit. Just really go all out and make it feel special.
1:40 12kWh per day is a huge amount of electricity for sentry mode, and I'd hope that they can significantly reduce that. For context, that is around what my house uses if I exclude heating, cooling or the electric boost for solar hot water. For reference it's a 3BR house with 4 security cameras, 2 UPSes and a bunch of computers, NAS storage, multiple PVRs, and a home cinema with full surround and subwoofer plus an old energy chewing plasma display.

I've been waiting three years for this vehicle and now I'm probably going to have to cancel because I can't wait another five. Not honouring the order queue; NOT COOL TESLA!
The new Model 3 performance will be Tesla’ best car in 2024 hands down !! IMO… the model 3 performance is the best bang for your buck. This car beats mostly any car on the highway. Fast & nimble ⚡️😎
It seems to me that Tesla could / should create updated battery packs for older 3's, and Y's, that will increase capacity and range with newer cells or other technology. Since batteries are likely the primary reason for depreciation, putting new batteries that are far better, in older cars with adequate motors, could really add to useful life of all Teslas. I've recently seen that 2013 Nissan Leafs were born with 80 mile range, and a 24KwH battery, can be upgraded to over 250 miles with a 62KwH battery upgrade that bolts in with no change to the car. What would a 500 mile 2018 model 3 be worth today?
M3 uses 5000mAh cells for its battery. The new M3 Performance model could use the new cells from LG and/or Panasonic with 5500+mAh (which are physically identical so it is a direct replacement), obtaining 10% more range, maybe even beating the range of the "Long Range" model. The most sense for M3 Performance will be a dual motor, one induction plus one permanent magnet, they already have them on Plaid models. 650+HP with ~2.5-2.7s 0-60. A tri-motor would add torque vectoring for the track, but would eat too much into S plaid model. But who knows, maybe they want to kill the S, and in this case, we'll see a tri-motor.
Is anyone else concerned with the trend towards wrapping cars? It's plastic? And last for 5-7 years? Won't that be a shit ton of plastic to throw in the ocean? Paint seems like the better long-term solution.
I wholeheartedly disagree that it's okay to deliver vehicles to celebrities because of the advertising. Other customers have already put deposits on those vehicles years ago, yet their trucks are being delivered to celebrities? That's a breach of contract, in my opinion and celebrities should have to wait in line like everyone else. This is very disappointing *unless* we find out that celebrities are buying deliveries from the original buyers, which would be fine. However, I seem to recall that Tesla doesn't allow you to do that anymore, so it's utterly unreasonable if customers are banned from transfers or sales while *Tesla* is allowed to deliver vehicles to whoever they want. If so, I'll never pre-order from this company. If Tesla is allowing celebrities to cut line, pre-order holders should file a class action lawsuit. First come, first serve.

@@inediblenut my model 3 wipers do whatever rain or no rain! Tesla is a farce! Promise everything deliver anything… eventually.
My only hope is that the good news stops coming out for a while so stock will stay low...Its not going to stay down for to long. I need Tesla to really be life changing for me! It has so far.
The Cybertruck order queue has zero meaning. Given how many people have jumped the queue and orders favouring celebrities, my order has surely been pushed from around the one million mark to who knows how far back.
It's a car a car man 😢 consumerism.
Smaller wheels on CT look way better!
Please just fix the wipers!
The Performance Wheels looks Cheesy… should look more like a BMW Barabus Style wheel…
Or did they give Cyber to celebrities for free?
This epa block is killing me.
And still no front bumper camera
Is anyone else concerned with the trend towards wrapping cars? It's plastic? And last for 5-7 years? Won't that be a shit ton of plastic to throw in the ocean? Paint seems like the better long-term solution.
I saw a root beer brown wrapped cybertruck in the Tesla Service Lot so that’s not a good thing
I wonder why an "American Brand" get first "released" "seen" in UK instead of US lmao
Your opinions are clearly relevant but to have a real say As Tesla continues to grow and innovate, being a shareholder allows you to potentially benefit from the company's success. You could see your investment grow as Tesla expands its market share and introduces new products. Plus, being a shareholder gives you a stake in the future of sustainable transportation and the electric vehicle industry. It's an exciting opportunity to be part of Tesla's journey!🔋⚡️
finance is a bit of a jump from IT isnt it ?@@_nosikeuzoma1456
9:06 Those are just 18 inch Method 707 wheels he put on there...
"out in the wild" bruh, it's a car lol
Bro can’t stop glazing pieces of metal 🤣
Let him glaze 😂
This a glazing channel
Metaphor
Yet you keep watching
I woukd have to disagree.... those wheels are hideous. Uberturbine were definitely better looking.
No one is buying a Ford Mach E that will breakdown in a week leaving you stranded… 🚮
Tesla never appreciate, it is a car
wow photos were indeen incredible. come on now
CT in matte black is the sh!te!
Let me know when FSD prevents other cars from hitting you...
You'll need to talk to God to get that upgrade. If your belief in him is strong enough he will certainly provide whatever help you need. Hey but sometimes ww dont really need the things we think we do
More than that, often its the lesson we learn or an unexpected surprise that we get from the experience that makes it one you really benefit from.
I met my wife by accident and 60 years, 7 kids, 16 grandees and 5 great-grandkids later we are still enjoying the results of that fortunate rear-ender.
9:23 welcome to the new Europe.
Tesla roadtrip navigation is primitive at best - and have a long way to go. My 2010 car navigation is much superior.
Fecha in the future ….lol
Thanks for clarifying the CT Motor design- dual motor. So Then $120K for the foundation series truck is really expensive.
Has anyone else ordered a model y performance and can’t take delivery because showroom says it needs a software update? This is ridiculous was supposed to to pick up last weekend. Still no sight of delivery. I’m leaving on vacation for 2 weeks next week and won’t be available to get it. Smh
Why spain tho?
maybe new gigafactory
Nice weather and countryside for photographs
Are you guys completely crazy. Do you not understand? These vehicles can spontaneously self combust. What is it about this that you do not understand? Past that, Insurance companies are growing increasingly unenthusiastic about insurance for these vehicles. These cars are completely nonsensical along with all other EV's Enjoy.
All those shitty celebs driving it makes me not want one anymore.
I feel the same way about teeth.😊

6:26 - Kim Kardashian!! Almost makes me want to cancel my order. 😖😖
Need to offer a luxury trim
Literally antithetical to Elon’s vision: cars are going to be commodity items like iPhones. Everything will look the same more or less and the “luxury” packages will all be software so it’s scalable with no added costs.
Go for the AUDI QS8 SUV - superior in every way!
Model a,b,c, whatever, they all look alike, dull colors, drab interiors, boring styling.
For phantom drain they need solar on the roof!!
Giga BERLIN serves Europas marked for 3 and Y, not Giga Shanghai.
Yeah. Sentry mode eats my Tesla's battery like crazy. Somebody has some really crappy, inefficient C++ code in there. There's no reason for running a few cameras and some image processing to use so much power.
