UK Coast to Coast "Gravel ride 2023"

In the northern regions of England, there are a minimum of six well-known routes that make the C2C (Coast to Coast) journey a cherished challenge for all cycling enthusiasts across the United Kingdom. However, as most of these established routes are on the tarmac, with only one specially designed for mountain biking, we found that our sole option for attempting this adventure on gravel bikes was to follow the suggestion in the recently published article by Beau Smith. The recommended gravel route takes you from Ravenglass on the scenic West Cumbrian Coast to the picturesque Robin Hood's Bay on the rugged East Coast of Yorkshire.
