The one thing I do not see anywhere is if you can hook up two different items at the same time. Example my cell phone and my tablet as I do work on both at the same time
I have the ultimate, my only issue is the volume is too low. It doesn't deliver bass like I feel $179 set should have. I'll be returning mine to try the ultra advanced and see if it's louder. Solare was plenty loud but the headband didn't hold up.
I've been using the Plantronics Voyager trucker headset for 3 years. 2 years ago loves marked them down to half off and I bought 6 of them. Well I'm on my last one and it's on its last leg. Which one of the blue tiger you recommend to compare?? Storm or this one ??
I’ve used the voyager before as well. Nice build. I’d compare that build more to the Blue Tiger Solare. Strong durable headset. The storm is my favorite, light weight and for me more comfortable on the ear for hours. This 2 in 1 is more for versatility but it hasn’t been as durable than my other BlueTiger headsets. I just got a replacement on this 1 and hope it’ll be better.
Nice review! I picked up a pair today because my elite plus is starting to go, mic boom only works when it’s spun in opposite direction (so I have it on the left side). One thing I noticed is when doing sample recordings, the elite plus sounds much more crisp and the ultimate seems to be a little too processed. Other than that, it’s a great headset! The cooling pads were a nice touch. By the way, the mute button is on the tip of the boom (take off the foam tip to see it).

Hey. Sorry to hear yours didn't last. Never had an issue with it. Their customer service is great, they probably replace it or repair it for you.
@Truck N Things How do I use the mute function? It says online that it does have mute, but it doesn't tell how to use it
The mute only works on a phone and it’s not programmable. You just press it on or off. It’s a quiet voice that says mute on or mute off.
