Im really not fan of engraved guns. Like them more in standard condition. But that Python is another thing! Is all engraved and is not flashy at same time!!! My choice too!!👍
I've carried two 1851s like that to a July 4th get together before, minus the red sash. Now I've got my 2020 Python and Colt Officer 38 (1927) to carry.
See, the way I figured it, he wouldn't get invited because he'd keep pulling out his gun... from the holster..to show the engraving. His crazy eyes and gun in hand freaks people out!😂
I do the Thanksgiving turkey in the smoker every year. Come on down to Tucson for turkey and I'll show off my Ronin Commander with stag grips! I also have a couple of single actions with beautiful custom grips inlaid with the old family cattle brand in silver. Heirlooms, and worthy bbq guns.
Colt SAA deep blue gold and engraving with STAG grips, same fixtures on a Smith model 29-2, My SP101 with Stag grips, a 1911 deep blue and Stag grips and finally my 2” 686.
My Lobo enahnced pancake and Altamont G10 NU grey and black grips won't be in by the 4th, or I'd strap on the 627 PC .357 (2.6 inch barrel). My used Rhino 200DS is being worked on at Chiappa HQ, so...I guess it'll just be the old Shield Plus.
Yankee, if you are up to coming to the fine state of California (SARCASM), I’d love to throw you an invite. Going to BBQ, and enjoy shooting the breeze with some of my favorite firearms. You, and your Fam are welcome to come, while we pretend California actually celebrates freedom 😉
You need the Special Forces Cooking edition with the dicer/grater Pic rails and mag well meat-tenderizer attachment, also red dot infrared thermometer optic and salt and pepper shakers in your magazine baseplates. :)
Unfortunately here in Connecticut they passed a law we can't open carry any longer 😡 the state of Connecticut has been taken over by libertards and anti-gunners
You Sir are an eccentric show-off !!!. Who happens to have excellent taste in side arms. You must be independently wealthy because that piece of your collection has a lot of dollar signs associated with it.
It is admittedly too busy looking with it - also imo... But it is what it is. The 2-vent rib does look better on this barrel length; classy but more pared-down.
Beautiful choices but you forgot the holsters. A proper BBQ gun deserves a proper holster in alligator skin, for example. I don’t understand the guy that buys the $ 5K pistol and puts it in a $20 holster.
Well, I guess a python is fine for a Bar-B-Que gun. Because they sure suck to shoot. Especially if you actually shoot a double action gun in double action. Which most people will never do.
I’m usually wearing beltless shorts like cutoff sweatpants or basketball type shorts so I just clip (your favorite gun manufacturer) my Keltec p32 inside my waistband and I don’t even know it’s there. And if it gets ruined in a propane explosion who cares!?! 🤷♂️😳 #IKnowImissedThePoint 😂
I do have a special engraved edition Bisley Ruger Blackhawk conversion In stainless in 45LC/45acp which would probably fit what you’re talking about….🤷♂️👍🏻
Yankee....God forbid that a situation would arise if you had to use it, but would you have to get the repolishing done if it had to be fired a few times?
I dunno, I think you need an entirely different sort of 'barbecue gun' if you're the one *cooking.* Or yaknow, at least barbeque *grips,* you might need some stain-resistance and something that will still perform well if you cook too good or too bad, just for if your hand gets too greasy, sauces end up flying, that sort of concern. :) (Actually as engraved guns go, I do like yer #1 choice there, ..to look at anyway. Has a restrained elegance to it as these things go. But you really might have to consider having to clean that if the tongs get greasy or something. Or if things are all fine and dandy till the cole slaw starts flying. :) )
No one has asked you what gun to take to a bbq. 😂 What gun won’t melt in this sweltering heat if laid on top of a grill on accident might be a better more realistic question.
That Altamont engraved Python is THE most beautiful gun I have ever laid eyes on or probably ever will. Holy smokes!
Im really not fan of engraved guns. Like them more in standard condition.
But that Python is another thing! Is all engraved and is not flashy at same time!!! My choice too!!👍
2 Colt Navy 1851s' with ivory grips, carried reverse grip via a red sash...
I've carried two 1851s like that to a July 4th get together before, minus the red sash. Now I've got my 2020 Python and Colt Officer 38 (1927) to carry.
I can truthfully say that the problem of what gun to carry to a barbecue has never once troubled my mind.
Most people wouldn’t understand
The blue Python. It was the favorite revolver of the California highway patrol back in the day.
We know you love revolvers, but you should do a follow up to this video. But you have to take a semiauto to the bbq.
Yankee, they probably don't invite you because if you do turn up, you'll have a nicer gun than them! Lol
See, the way I figured it, he wouldn't get invited because he'd keep pulling out his gun... from the holster..to show the engraving. His crazy eyes and gun in hand freaks people out!😂
I'd be afraid I'd get BBQ sauce on my fancy gun because, God knows, it gets everywhere!
All of those revolvers are great
King Cobra for the win.
Completely surprised your #1 pick wasn't a glock
All dressed up and nowhere to go!
Altamont engraved Python, with TWO barrel slots, like God intended!
Yes, two looks so much better.
I finally found a Security Six locally last week (after about 10 years). That is my bbq gun this year.
Colt SAA deep blue gold and engraving with STAG grips, same fixtures on a Smith model 29-2, My SP101 with Stag grips, a 1911 deep blue and Stag grips and finally my 2” 686.
How about a top 5 BBQ semi-auto guns?
Yankee Marshall is to guns what Liberace is to fashion. And that’s all I’m gonna say. Lol.
Family Reunion definitely need a HI CAP
My Lobo enahnced pancake and Altamont G10 NU grey and black grips won't be in by the 4th, or I'd strap on the 627 PC .357 (2.6 inch barrel). My used Rhino 200DS is being worked on at Chiappa HQ, so...I guess it'll just be the old Shield Plus.
Excellent choices for 4 of July celebrations.
A Springfield Armory 2-tone Ronin 1911 with rosewood grips. It's a beautiful gun.
Nice selection Marshall. Thanks as always for some of the best entertaining gun content.
A Yankee top five list…
Six revolvers.
Not surprised…
Any chance we can get an Auto version?
You need the Special Forces Cooking edition with the dicer/grater Pic rails and mag well meat-tenderizer attachment, also red dot infrared thermometer optic and salt and pepper shakers in your magazine baseplates. :)
@@OllamhDrab Tacti-cook!
I guess it's a regional thing. Here, if someone brought a gun to a BBQ people would think they are a nutcase.
The two BBQ guns I would like to own are a CZ75B in polished stainless (really wish they would make a Decocker model) and the Kahr T9.
Laws banning open carry spoil the fun of barbeque guns unless the barbeque is on the gun owner's property
Unfortunately here in Connecticut they passed a law we can't open carry any longer 😡 the state of Connecticut has been taken over by libertards and anti-gunners
So you didn't choose one of the brightly colored SCCY CPX pistols?
High polished Vaquero Birdshead in 44 mag
My BBQ revolver is also an Altamont Python, but in Royal Snake Scale. My BBQ pistol is a Standard Mfg color case hardened 1911 engraved #1.
You Sir are an eccentric show-off !!!. Who happens to have excellent taste in side arms. You must be independently wealthy because that piece of your collection has a lot of dollar signs associated with it.
I thought yankee was going to say I definitely want to COME!
My top 2 list:
Your #1
Your #3
I only need two guns cuz I only have two hands!
Blued Colt.
My BBQ gun is a Berrtta92 fs.
I think my nicest barbecue gun would be a Raven 25 chromed with imitation plastic ivy grips 😂😂😂😂
Pshaw!! 1907 Savage, Model 600 Astra (like new), 1934 Beretta (also like new), Harrington & Richardson Self-Loading (near mint), 1910/1955 Browning. and BONUS: Model 325 S&W
That Colt Altamont is pretty darn nice. No argument that it qualifies for BBQ gun status.
You definitely have some pretty gun's.
The grips on the GP100 are glorious.
Well, in that case….you are most certainly invited down here to Lake Beshears in west Ky!
I really can’t believe you didn’t put a 1911 on the list. What screams America more than that?
That GP100 would be my #1. Who did the engraving?
But I thought you had a korth? How does that not make the list?
Yankee you’re invited for the 4th here in Tennessee!😊
All beautiful pistols. I want an engraved card be now!
The 3 vent rib on the 4.25 Python looks like SH!T!!!!
It is admittedly too busy looking with it - also imo... But it is what it is. The 2-vent rib does look better on this barrel length; classy but more pared-down.
My dads full custom 45 auto, engraved, with ivory grips with chinese dragons 🤠
Why did colt put a third vent hole on the 4.25 inch blued python. The third hole looks cheap compared to the traditional two hole.
I may just save up for the 3” snake engraving. May take a while. But would be worth it.
Unpopular opinion you bring stock glocks, caniks, g2cs, and hi points that isnt a yeet cannon you lose 10 points.
Yeah, but you can afford to add those points back on the other hand with choice cuts and spices. 😋
@@whelper4231 I own a c9 but it ain't no yeet cannon
Great choices!
Nice choices!
Beautiful guns ❤
Hey Yanky!! You are a big show off!!! And I love It!!!!!!😂😂😂😂👍👍👍👍👍
I’ve never Been to a cook out with guns,at least that iwas aware of. Seems like they might get in the way of the beer drinking to say the least?
Safety is between your ears, try not to drown it out! 🇺🇲😁👍
You must not live in NC. Here there’s no such thing as a BBQ WITHOUT guns.
Awesome video
Beautiful choices but you forgot the holsters. A proper BBQ gun deserves a proper holster in alligator skin, for example. I don’t understand the guy that buys the $ 5K pistol and puts it in a $20 holster.
That thin top strap on the Smith just screams weak
Naw, it’s forged steel. Strong as hell and time proven.
It's an optical illusion, kinda like Yankee's rear end. His fat ti...erm, head makes it look smaller.

Been a small gun collector. Really want some engraved guns.
Yankee....God forbid that a situation would arise if you had to use it, but would you have to get the repolishing done if it had to be fired a few times?
You would be welcome here. Doubt that you would come to SC.
Very nice collection.
Hmmm, They are all invited.

What? The 4th of July without a gussied up Colt 1911 .45 acp?
No 1911?
True. I guess revolvers are more classy than most autos ( maybe a Luger, a Mauser broomhandle, a Borchard or a Bergmann)😂😂😂
Yankee donated his We the People 1911, and his Bruin holster got ate by a deputy pup. 🤠
No one has asked you what gun to take to a bbq. 😂 What gun won’t melt in this sweltering heat if laid on top of a grill on accident might be a better more realistic question.
you so fancy.
No Simi Autos, how dare you, like your Beretta Pimp Gun could double as a very nice BBQ Gun
Did the engraver scratch out Read the instruction manual. On the GP 100. That’s so annoying.
I wasn't invited to anything either.
No Glocks?
It’s Nerf or NUTHIN
Once again, Gary is excluded!
Why would he take an Austrian pistol to an American Independence day Barbeque?
Gary was chop shopped by that possum gang. Wasn't enough left to even fake a Tactical Butterscotch. 😔
He got rid of Gary last year. Made up some stupid “destroyed by some wild animals” story to explain it away.
Not a fan of engraving on a blued gun, stainless yes. I would invite you to my house for a BBQ but I don’t like people
My 3913
Sounds like you've gotten intimate with the last python. Please don't those pictures
colt anaconda.
Come at my house.
No revolvers.
Better then plastic guns
Showoff...
Those are some beautiful wheel guns!
