When I first heard your podcast The School of Greatness, I was in jail for the 10th time in maybe 3 years. That was in 2022. I heard episode 679 with Dr. Joe Dispenza and every word resonated to my soul. I got out and checked myself into a rehabilitation center to continue my journey of self improvement. After I successfully graduated out of rehab, I got a job and bought both of the school of greatness books and all of Dr Joe Dispenza's books. Since I heard that first episode of The School of Greatness, I've healed myself of chronic back pain from a car accident that caused massive trauma to my thoracic nerve and caused me to have PAINFUL muscle spasms that were degenerative and had almost killed me a few times. I now go to the gym and max out back and core machines. (I thought I'd never be able to go to the gym without being in intense pain.) I haven't been back to jail and I am being promoted at my job soon. I am so grateful every day for Lewis Howes and his podcast and Dr. Joe Dispenza and his books. I manifest something unknown into my life weekly now. I'm in love with life again. Thank you for your podcast!

Check out Delores Cannon's QHHT hypnosis, where one can speak to the person's past selves and then their Oversoul, thus finding out what is truly going on with the person, and if it is bad, AND no longer serves the person, can it be removed? People have to be receptive and willing. Resistance due to attachments to anger, power, and greed keeps them closed... releasing attachments usually takes time. Not an instant transition for closed people.

Go to a library and do a little bit of research and you'll see that before every war was a Great Awakening honest to goodness look up the authors what they were writing around the time of every war right before the wars every war I'm talking revolutionary war war I World war II we are manifesting this thing that's happening over there because there's too many Christians that don't know what it was that he was talking about when he came he never came to join them he came to show them a different way to overcome the things of this world and overcome the selfishness that they all had in their rituals and their traditions where he was trying to teach them people in love hello I'm hoping with meditating and everything I'm doing differently but it's going to get better can only go uphill from here❤❤❤
What strikes me about Dr Dispenza is that you see in his eyes that he is still in awe. This is the secret. He is on a mission, and it is real, and genuine. It comes through!

@@jeanieg1002 yes- his retreat was the BEST thing I have ever done for myself. (And the FIRST thing I’ve ever done for myself after over 20 years of taking care of everyone else. And…. I actually HEALED My “incurable” disease thanks to the retreat. (Doctors told me there was no cure. After the retreat they couldn’t see it anymore in all tests) I’m so thankful and grateful to Joe for teaching the work the way he does.
I have an elderly collegue who was working as a roofer when he was young. He fell and broke both of his legs and his spine. He was told to get used to the wheelchair because he won't ever walk again. He decided not to waste his time with going to this doctor anymore. 18 months later he was back to working on the very same doctor's roof! The irony. 😄
1/19/1998 I sustained a fall that did extraordinary damage to my low back. After 2 yrs of docs being incapable of diagnosing the issue let alone heal it, 3 docs finally concurred that within a very few months, I would lose all use of my legs. I've always been able to "see inside", but because docs had me on oxy (at the time not knowing it was addictive), I couldn't do any of that, until I ditched the drugs. It took some time, but we (me & my husband) crafted a visualization program to regrow the ½ of my sacrum & pelvic bone i lost due to spinal fluid leaking diwn on the bone and nerves. It took time, but the changes started quickly, including the bone growing back like fingers, so they'd break constantly, which was really painful. My service dog picked up everything that hit the floor & helped me up from sitting, all which kept pressure off while my body restructured itself. The nerves came back, quite uncomfortably at first. Today, it's all normal, because I practiced what he's saying here. I'm 61, 2 years ago this week, I destroyed my ankle. I knew I'd work on this as I had my back, but the Universe threw me a curve ball to learn from, and instead of a surgical assist and 10 weeks I'd be fine, nooooo... I needed to learn to walk again! It's all good, took a bit, it's not overnight! The hardest thing with all this, is cutting the noise of our world and cutting out space to study this and practice it. ☮️

Funny, i forgot about Joe. This morning I woke up at 5am mind racing, super annoying and fed up with things in my life. I thought I should just go back to sleep then thought about doing one of his meditation. Did the meditation and felt super amazing after and felt so good I did another one. My day went amazing then I magically find this which was uploaded 5 hrs from the meditation I did. Thanks Joe

@ElizavyetaZone I checked myself into a rehab for benzodiazepines and alcohol addiction. I was able to wean off of benzos and quit drinking alcohol. During my stay at the rehab I was introduced to Dr. Joe Dispenza's teachings. I was immediately intrigued and I started to dig and listen to all of his podcasts. I subscribed to his website and I downloaded his meditations. I express gratitude and I start the day off by naming at least 3 things that I am grateful for. I am finally at a place that feels better than any medications I have ever taken. Now my goal is to master meditations and nothingness. It is life changing

Start with telling yourself that you are already 100% recovered ! Your mind is telling your body what to do . Believe but more importantly know that you are healed and recovered & the miracles he is describing will occur in your life

Which would imply permanent incapability of being to walk . In 12 weeks he was healed completely back to normal . Other of his testimony’s that he’s talked about were people who were blind or deaf and (permanent loss of sight ) (permanent loss of hearing ) your mind cannot tell the difference between a visualized experience or a real experience . Envision yourself already healed . Your mind and heart only recognize feeling . May I encourage you to search out the video with another person with ALS who stood up at an event. The frequency of healing is now IN THE FIELD for you to align your frequency with. This man’s amazing passion and hard work completely changed me, and in turn my body changed. I came off of antidepressants, adhd medication, sleeping medication and migraine medication that I’ve been on since I was 7! Then, my reality changed, and everyone around me suddenly took notice, and my relationship with family began to change and heal. I will never be the same, and I appreciate everything this man has done, and continues to do.

I had an aortic dissection about 9 years ago and Joe dispensa was a huge help by watching him grow and he used to do meditations on youtube. I look back now and realize good grateful I am for these lessons. With Joe I learned never give up. With Wim hoff i learned how to breathe. With Alan watts i learned to understand. With Jordan Peterson i learned to find growth in hard times. This past 9 years have been the best years of my life with love, happiness and growth. I only wish i would of found this sooner. Dr Joe is from the Source but from a high level of the source what he preaches and teaches was always part of his spiritual contract to bring higher consciousness to Mother Earth. I’ve watched this video three times, and it keeps resonating deeper each time! Dr. Joe Dispenza's take on manifesting abundance and healing through tapping into the 5th dimension is so empowering. The idea that we can align our energy, thoughts, and emotions to transcend our physical limitations really speaks to the potential we all have to create meaningful change in our lives. The more I watch, the more I feel inspired to put these teachings into practice!
In my experienced, I had discovered my attachment style issue. I want to heal from it and I don't want seeing myself low again. And so, I began to meditate and give back to myself what I am looking for, what I am lacking for. After that day, I was became a different version of myself. I never felt this way before for 30 years. My attitudes switched, I can connect, no anxiety, no depression, confident and more importantly I am happy, contented, unbothered 😂❤. Every time I do meditation, I had this vision that I went to a place where Im gonna approached a door. That door was so light, very light like a lightning. I reached to that door, pushing my hands towards that door and when I reach to the other side, I've seen the universe, i was floating, zero gravity. In there I can sit, or lying down facing towards the dark sky. In that space, I got ideas coming out suddenly, especially about my job pn how I can improve my skills to it and I wrote it down on my notebook next to my bed. I idea was like logic, a formula that I believed it was essential. I am choosing to continue this as a habit.
The more I listen to things like this, the more I am manifesting and breaking the addiction to the dark feelings of my past. I am seeing the rewiring happen.
Wow, just wow. I’ve been a big fan for many years and every talk or interview I watch it’s like a whole new world of information I didn’t know existed. This man deserves a Nobel prize, this is seriously life changing stuff!!

Remember you can't outsmart or trick your higher self into being afraid of something that truly doesn't matter. Your higher self knows the truth that NOTHING MATTER in the grand scheme of all things. I’ve been working on maintaining the meditated state in my day to day activities. People have to be receptive and willing. Resistance due to attachments to anger, power, and greed keeps them closed... releasing attachments usually takes time. Not an instant transition for closed people.

Just read Manifestation Path by Lucas Hayes, and I can’t believe it’s so underrated. The methods in this book are next level-it needs more attention!
I have an elderly collegue who was working as a roofer when he was young. He fell and broke both of his legs and his spine. He was told to get used to the wheelchair because he won't ever walk again. He decided not to waste his time with going to this doctor anymore. 18 months later he was back to working on the very same doctor's roof! The irony. 😄

1/19/1998 I sustained a fall that did extraordinary damage to my low back. After 2 yrs of docs being incapable of diagnosing the issue let alone heal it, 3 docs finally concurred that within a very few months, I would lose all use of my legs. I've always been able to "see inside", but because docs had me on oxy (at the time not knowing it was addictive), I couldn't do any of that, until I ditched the drugs. It took some time, but we (me & my husband) crafted a visualization program to regrow the ½ of my sacrum & pelvic bone i lost due to spinal fluid leaking diwn on the bone and nerves. It took time, but the changes started quickly, including the bone growing back like fingers, so they'd break constantly, which was really painful. My service dog picked up everything that hit the floor & helped me up from sitting, all which kept pressure off while my body restructured itself. The nerves came back, quite uncomfortably at first. Today, it's all normal, because I practiced what he's saying here. I'm 61, 2 years ago this week, I destroyed my ankle. I knew I'd work on this as I had my back, but the Universe threw me a curve ball to learn from, and instead of a surgical assist and 10 weeks I'd be fine, nooooo... I needed to learn to walk again! It's all good, took a bit, it's not overnight!
The hardest thing with all this, is cutting the noise of our world and cutting out space to study this and practice it.

Funny, i forgot about Joe. This morning I woke up at 5am mind racing, super annoying and fed up with things in my life. I thought I should just go back to sleep then thought about doing one of his meditation. Did the meditation and felt super amazing after and felt so good I did another one. @ElizavyetaZone I checked myself into a rehab for benzodiazepines and alcohol addiction. I was able to wean off of benzos and quit drinking alcohol. During my stay at the rehab I was introduced to Dr. Joe Dispenza's teachings. I was immediately intrigued and I started to dig and listen to all of his podcasts. I subscribed to his website and I downloaded his meditations. I express gratitude and I start the day off by naming at least 3 things that I am grateful for. I am finally at a place that feels better than any medications I have ever taken. Now my goal is to master meditations and nothingness. It is life changing
I was paralyzed with ALS, and I'm 90 % recovered. I listen to Dr. Despenza alot. Thank you for this reminder. I have struggled recently from nervous system issues, recently and I needed this reminder. Thank you
Start with telling yourself that you are already 100% recovered ! Your mind is telling your body what to do . Believe but more importantly know that you are healed and recovered & the miracles he is describing will occur in your life

I came off of antidepressants, adhd medication, sleeping medication and migraine medication that I’ve been on since I was 7! I had an aortic dissection about 9 years ago and Joe dispensa was a huge help by watching him grow and he used to do meditations on youtube. I look back now and realize good grateful I am for these lessons.

He didn’t heal you, you healed you. He taught you how to get out of your mind and body. But you did the healing.

I’ve watched this video three times, and it keeps resonating deeper each time! Dr. Joe Dispenza's take on manifesting abundance and healing through tapping into the 5th dimension is so empowering. The idea that we can align our energy, thoughts, and emotions to transcend our physical limitations really speaks to the potential we all have to create meaningful change in our lives. The more I watch, the more I feel inspired to put these teachings into practice!
“It’s a self reflective universe.” 👑
In my experienced, I had discovered my attachment style issue. I want to heal from it and I don't want seeing myself low again. And so, I began to meditate and give back to myself what I am looking for, what I am lacking for. After that day, I was became a different version of myself. I never felt this way before for 30 years. My attitudes switched, I can connect, no anxiety, no depression, confident and more importantly I am happy, contented, unbothered 😂❤. Every time I do meditation, I had this vision that I went to a place where Im gonna approached a door. That door was so light, very light like a lightning. I reached to that door, pushing my hands towards that door and when I reach to the other side, I've seen the universe, i was floating, zero gravity. In there I can sit, or lying down facing towards the dark sky. In that space, I got ideas coming out suddenly, especially about my job pn how I can improve my skills to it and I wrote it down on my notebook next to my bed. I idea was like logic, a formula that I believed it was essential. I am choosing to continue this as a habit.

Wow, just wow. I’ve been a big fan for many years and every talk or interview I watch it’s like a whole new world of information I didn’t know existed. This man deserves a Nobel prize, this is seriously life changing stuff!!

Remember you can't outsmart or trick your higher self into being afraid of something that truly doesn't matter. Your higher self knows the truth that NOTHING MATTER in the grand scheme of all things. When you can understand this reality is yours to freely create the way you choose it. I’ve been working on maintaining the meditated state in my day to day activities. My experiences become so blissful I feel like I’m in a beautiful dream of pure peace and love for everything around me. The amount of gratitude for life fills me and the weight of my body feels like a feather. This is my pure consciousness. ❤
