I've read Joe's books and listened to him a lot but this interview is the best so far because he feels more calm and really breaks things down into very understandable concepts and steps. And I love how Lewis always acts like "beginner's mind", asking the most basic questions and taking notes and forever being the student.

i do have a question and it seems like you understand his researches quit well and hopefully you can give me a anwser back, i do understand his researches a little bit, but how can the physical world give me what i ask for in my mind? lets say i want financial freedom and i manifest and meditate towards it, how does the universe actually gives me that in the physical world? i still have to go and get it in the ohysical world. ore is it just that i manifest the abundance so that i get whole and be happy with that what i have?

Think more of it all being energy and your just aligning your internal energy with your desires and goals with the energy of abundance.
We're creative beings that can create anything in our own lives and environment.
Start of with stepping out in faith and shredding off all doubts.
The understanding of it all will come later through your own personal experience as you grow into being the master of your own life.
An additional piece of advice is to start off small then gradually build up to fuller or grander goals and desires.
Its a growth process not a get to process.

@@charlottem5236 yes in my personal example, most of the times when I'm not talking about a topic its because I already AM that. I'll usually talk about stuff that I am not yet one with. When I already feel I am one with it, there's no need to talk about it. It JUST IS.

Payalk Was not being Derogatory when she made the statement “to become a nobody.” Rather, 2 detach from our personalities, identities , our preconceived ideas, what defines us etc… so it doesn’t infringe upon our learning & our personal growth, our transition 2 a new place & state of being. , 2 come from a place of possibilities where there are no limitations, no boundaries & no prejudice or black & white rules. I think she is saying 2 erase all previous ‘data’ in our minds & make it vacant & create the room or the space so that energy can flow freely. You are so very right San J. What helped me understand the how and the why of all of this is comprehending the Devine NOW. Everything is now. There is no actual time --- it is a series of subsequent NOWs.
It all sounds impossible and like an oxymoron until you see it in this way. The universe works like a mirror. And everything in the physical world is a projection from it. Everything that is projected is everything the ONE thinks it is -- the IAM. It is like a steel I beam so huge you cannot move it but when you strike it with a hammer it vibrates. Imagine the back and forth vibration from A to B over and again being used to progress and change the NOW. This is completely different than if time progressed from ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQURSTUVWXYZ etc... that Would be Time. Our strange world just IS and progresses some now from the NOW to the subsequent NOW.
If you are in the "A" NOW.
And since the only way the Universe can project is in the NOW this is why you have to visualize your desired state as being in the NOW. The ONE would be totally crypt still and silent for eternity except for some reason it contemplated a single . DOT outside of itself, other than its monolithic state and it set the infinite spiral of creation into action. This is where the seed of life, flower of life patterns all come into play.
If all of this sounds ridiculous and falls flat I apologize. Let it go but keep it in the back of your mind and eventually a light bulb will turn on and you will comprehend it. In spite of our physical world experience. In actuality all there is, is the Devine NOW and Subsequent NOW.
So always manifest your desires and visualize your wished state in the NOW. It is the only way the IM can create it for you.

I just want to say here for everybody what i just realized.
Three years ago i had 150 kilograms at 22 years old, super fat, watching all my favorites bodybuilders having a great physique. And in one moment i said, i could do that. So now, after three years of living like a bodybuilder, not being one, i am at 95 kilograms, best shape of my life and next year i will compete in my first bodybuiling show. And i just have to apply the same mindset in every field and sooner or later, the results will appear. But we have to embrace the life of the person you wanna be.

I was able to attend a week long, it’s definitely a fast track in meditation but something I noticed is there was 1600 people from 72 different countries in one room, together. It was beautiful. We was all experiencing the amazing feeling of love together at the same time. I think that energy definitely brought my meditation to a place would of never thought possible. Definitely magical
Discipline is a must. I tend to give up so easy when things don’t work as quickly as I want. Need to keep going and work on my discipline muscle.

Keep going! I am feeling the same way at a later stage in life. But I have been putting Dr. Joe's methods into practice, and the magic, even in a short timeframe, has been insane.

When my spiritual awakening hit, I felt like a lost but curious child. I reached out to two people. One ran like I was on fire... the other simply said "It'll be ok." And just like that 2-6 year old child, I accepted it as fact and peace fell upon me. Six months in, Dr Joe appeared in my life... and showed me how to shift our mindset. I have clung to those words the last 2 years. Why do I mention this?
Because the words & phrases that stick with you throughout life are Your clues from Life... each has a different meaning than you currently believe... and you will know Life is aligning when you start to accept the world we live in vs the one we were taught to believe in.🙏💯
Really extremely fruitful interview. I visited Dr. Dispenza's workshop in Dublin, read all his books and bought around 10 meditations. I am really excited about his extraordinary work. I can't wait for his week long workshop in Dublin. Thank you for facilitating this interview, you are awesome.

"You believe it when you stop talking about it." This reminds me of my person who magically appeared in my life. She was fighting it so hard and telling everyone it's not going to work. I knew she would get to the point where she would stop complaining and fighting it. After a few months I think she's finally getting there. I think her heart is opening.
Great conversation with Dr. D. I would just add that being in the future of abundance is a lot easier when you have a success team Create a group of people who can co create with you. If we are fields of energy, then make it easier creating the new you with a team. We live in rivers.
