    Change is an up and down journey on the graph 📉. I’ve learnt to remain consistent in getting there. So now instead of beating myself up for falling off the path and curling up in myself, I allow the process and get back up again into whatever I want to start afresh, and keep trying. I took it as a muscle that needs flexing, everytime I need to rest my body tells me, then I rest. Once I’m good to go again, I get straight back to it. This applies for me especially with sewing. I can go for months not sewing and then feel so badly about it that I avoid it. Once I realized this pattern, I stopped ruminating on the fact that I haven’t seen in a long while. Keep going, I am consistent at starting over each time, eventually it’s not starting over it becomes progress ❤
