As as native New Yorker, being from Harlem, and lifelong Giants fan, I was 12 years old when this happened... I remember watching this game from start to finish... I couldn’t believe what my eyes saw towards the end... this was one of the most gut wrenching and heartbreaking losses I’ve ever seen let alone as a Giants fan... we’ve had a lot of heartbreaking losses to Philly but this one was the one that just ripped our hearts out... we’ve always hated the Eagles and always will but this loss was the one where the hate just skyrocketed outta of this world... the next year we won our 4th super bowl and the agony we suffered this year was erased completely... but I will never forget this loss 🤦🏾♂️
