Great ideas and thanks Kiki! You could try adding plant milk to plain Franks hot sauce or Louisiana hot sauce to make your own wing sauce. Also a milk that gives a lot of thickness is Suzie's oat milk in cartons from Costco. Just oats and water but very creamy thick.

Vegans and PB eaters keep saying this is a weight loss diet. The Eat, Move, Rest people have both of their toddlers eating this way and it shows. Max is not growing. With two tall parents, Max should be taller than most other kids. He hasn't grown in the last two years and his clothes are huge on him. His ribs show, but his stomach is huge just like kids who live in 3rd world countries. Breast milk is fat and cholesterol, which is needed for children to grow into adults. Why do you have your children on a weight loss diet? Kids need meat, fish, eggs, and dairy, what you ate growing up. You are using your children as guinea pigs because there are no long-term studies to see if this is the best diet for children. It's not. Pleas wake up.

For wing sauce I mix my regular Franks with Unsweetened Forager Cashew Yogurt and sometimes a little yellow mustard because I'm cheeky like that.

When I want to thicken stuff up, I put a pinch of unmodified potato starch, or arrowroot, or gluten-free guar gum. Just a pinch is all it takes.

Frank’s is good, no oil but little sugar and sodium, so I use a little, have tried the sweet chili sauce. .
