Terrapin Nature Park, Kent Island ⛱️

A great coastal preserve and park. Very grateful to the local park services for these Kent Island beaches and treasures. There IS one part of the trail that can get bad with biting flies in the middle of summer. It's not as reliable and nasty as Ferry Point park, though. You might see a great blue heron in the pond on the way. Osprey are usually to be found. The beach and bay here are usually wonderful. It's worth it.
