By the way, great tip for ripening bananas! Also you say to use a 7 inch pan… Can you use a 9 inch square pan? Also, can you use plain Greek yogurt or does it have to be regular yogurt?
You can absolutely use a 9 inch cake pan but double the recipe. Keep in mind the cake will take a bit longer to bake. So check it at the 35 minute mark and keep checking it every 10 minutes after that. You can use greek yogurt 💕
