This product works wonders :) I tried the Whitening strips a few years ago and they moved around a little bit, but the 3D ones really stick to your teeth and doesn't move! Depends on how your teeth will react in terms of sensitivity.

Totally agree with the video, Use them for 3 days then take a day off to give your teeth a rest. Like Hannah said hot or cold drinks/food can set of sensitivity. I suffered a bit of sensisivty but the whiteness is worth it. Even though it says put on for 30 minutes I put them on for atleast 45 minutes to 1 hour.

I recommend using crest 3d whitestrips right before bed. This will give your teeth time to adjust and not be so sensitive in the morning

I have used Crest, and I also used "no name" ones too that are much cheaper. Crest Supreme were disappointing, because they cost so much more, I thought the difference would be big, but unfortunately not better than the cheops from Amazon.

Are your teeth effected long term as far as sensitivity ? And after using them , do you have to use them continuously other wise they get yellow again?
Sensitivity is temporary (month longest), if you brush regularly and look after your teeth the whiteness can last years!
I also want to know
The sensitivity lasts about a week if you have sensitive teeth and if it's too bad for you consider brushing with sensodyne tooth paste which helps with sensitivity.

Yeah, all of the ingredients of these Professional Effects/Gentle Routine/Vivid and etc are completely the same, I've tried most of them and the effect is also the same. The only difference is that some strips have longer shape and thus covering more of your upper or lower teeth.
What if i have seal on my front teeth, is it safe to peel off ?

Australia doesn't have them readily available so I had to get mine online as well. They were quite pricey ($60 for a similar 30 minute system) but holy moly were they worth it! I had quite yellow teeth and now they're finally a shade of white! I'm considering going for another pack. Other than that, my teeth have been quite healthy and I think that makes a difference with the sensitivity since I only experienced a little bit.

Schumi if you are looking for just whiteness on the surface Glamorous White is just enough, however, the professional effects clean deeper and have stronger active ingredients.

Whoosh, what does £40 equate in dollars? I just bought a box for $18 and after three "treatments" I definitely notice a difference. No sensitivity for me though, fortunately!

What about the molars? Because if there are only two strips, one for the upper part and one for the lower part, but they don't reach ll your teeth, then the ones behind will stay yellow and it would not look good. Or do you just us 6 strips to fix that? HELP!

omg, I just tried my first whitening strip and damn! About 15-20 minutes in I got like a super horrible tooth ache like first at the top then at the bottom. I seriously got scared and took them off right away!
