Well done for getting out there bearing the cold to bring us a video. Thank you.
I'm a beginner and have lots to learn, but watching your channel is a big help. Thank you so much. The "fish stick" at the end was funny.
Great vid guys. Listening to you both talk about how much the fishing has changed gives me a strong feeling of nostalgia, but still going out and getting a result shows good techniques and watercraft will always find the fish. Keep up the good work. Both of you are delivering better than TV (more honest) pieces to camera and are the reason I enjoy every sea fishing episode. Goes without saying Graeme, quality as always, but the two of you impart so much knowledge with thinking, it's these kind of videos that help with tackling unfamiliar venues or avoiding blanks as you rightly put it.
These are fantastic videos get a bit upset when they finish lol could watch all day lol. Everything I know about sea fishing I have learned from Graham. He is one of my idles . Iove to meet him one day Tony at Tony's tackle said he is a great person . Love it when Graham dose sea fishing in Eastbourne. as I fish there and live in Brighton. Roll on next Friday ...
Keep it up lads , we can always have fun, and sustain ourselves with a little knowledge and caring ! Thank you, It's not called Totally Awsome for nothing !!!! Cheers from Ottawa, Ontario Canada. Keep it up, hopefully the ice will melt soon, so we can take the boat out, only a 16 fts, 25 horse, does the job just fine. 😎
Totally AWESOME! as Always Graeme, enjoyed it.
Nice bass. Now you know this video must be a teaser, we are all waiting for a great and long video by G.P. on friday here in the state of Florida.
Awesome video lads keep up the great work
First trip sea fishing ever with my sons at the weekend... caught a little bass - thank goodness! 😂
_Your _*_video_*_ is awesome Congratulations Fisherman._
Have a week of plenty and good fishing.
*hug!!!!!* 👍🎣🐟😊
Man I love flounder. Rolled up with a bit of spinach and feta topped with butter, yum!
Blimey, almost didn't recognise Wayne without a boat under him 😂 Top work as always TA Fishing!
Another awesome video full of great tips. Hope the fish are always on the bite and you don't draw too many blanks.
Hello again from Westcoast Canada.Good vid.Flounder and sole good eating!!!
Awesome video 👍. Great baiting tips & set up 😉
Great vid👍
Thanks, always nice to learn something new
Love this!
Thanks for the pointer's!
Its been a slushy sprink for me in Norway, ice on the river and sea but its not safe to walk on , can wait till its all gone.
The flounder getting rarer over the last ten years has been on my radar. I think the cleaner inshore waters seem to have a lot to do with it, ie not as much sewage in inshore waters. My local harbour was a great spot for flounder until the sewage improvement scheme, almost overnight the fishing for flounder was gone. Maybe the digging to install pipes out to sea was a factor also
Lots of plaice on chesil at the moment, bexington right down to hive has been fishing it’s nuts off👍🏻🎣
Hi Graeme, love your fly fishing videos, you obviously collect antique tackle, would you be able to do a fly fishing video with maybe a split cane rod and antique reel, real vintage stuff please.
Nice video mate
That's one more bass than I've caught this year.
The only flounder I've caught in recent months was when landing a roach on feeder gear on a tidal river section. Netted the roach and somehow ended up with a small flounder at the same time! Whether it was attracted by the roach splashing about or what I don't know but complete fluke capture.
Top tips👍
Like for TA Fishing
wow ... that looks cold! :(
brave chaps
I ❤️ my Flounder fishing 😁😁
Place in breadcrumbs with chips and peas my favourite as a kid my nan always used to do it for me
Loads of flounders on north west coast hard not to catch over double figures on a good session
caught a flounder off the front of hayling beach on rag and yellow beads
great video as always. keep it up
Can you do a pulley penell rig making vid Graham coz they're all a bit shit on here. Cheers pal.
The pikey.
Love inlets and estuaries for flaties, fish them on the falling tide and the are usually waiting for food to be washed down from inland. Believe it or not garden worms are great bait for these places, had a flounder almost 4 lb on an earthworm in duncormick co wexford.
He reminds me of peters farther from mr Crabtree goes fishing
Great i can use some tips,in my last video I totally suck at it lol
And it's not even friday yet ! How lucky are we.
half a fish stick! 😆I typed it right before you said it 😊
Nice!
Great fun thanks guys. Haven't been beach fishing for years now, nothing coming out anywhere better to leave the bait in the ground. Cod runs are ancient history now. For me, I think it's commercial guys bringing in fish when they're breeding and full of roe. Just think of all the roe chippys sell, and all the roe laden bass they pull out. Destroying their own future. The fish haven't got a chance, they can't breed.
Graham love you videos,in one of your non fishing shows, you had equipment from other suppliers, one was 5 piece travel rod could please give the name of it?
It was a Nomura 5 piece. Mike has one as well. we both like using them.
When is your over nighter at the pallet cabin going to be?
Do you think it would be worth putting coloured beads on a freshwater rig
Only next to a worm for Perch. They should be interested
Thanks i will give it a try 👍
How far up the river can you fish without needing a license?
Good question,as I guess you only need a freshwater license when it becomes freshwater ?...and where is that when a river is tidal ? I honestly don't know but maybe someone out there does.
Them bass are suicidal to get on the TAFS 🤣😂
grat job I am going cat fishing the weekend can u tell me dus hot dogs work I need a cat so bad I have bin but cont get one no matter how hard I try
Hot Dogs work,Luncheon meat might be better. Or a mid section of Bluey or Mackerel.Catfish are weird feeders and i think shut down under certain weather conditions.
Great video as per usual question I know ponds are barbless but are estuaries still barbed as I ain't fished flounder for decades
Ps keep up the good work
most "wild" fishing areas are barbed.
Kieran Brown cheers buddy I've been out of it for a while and am re learning the ropes so to speak
Ahahahahahahaha that bass
I use an 8 oz. Sinker at the end, 10 baited hooks on lead lines. A hand thrown drop. If you hit a proper school... you are good with two casts.
Never get greedy. My best was a 12 pound yellowtail... ruined the whole night. Stop fishing. Get drunk.
I use earth worms, nightcrawlers. They love them, especially after a heavy rain.
I used to catch flounders down the local creeks when I was a kid and they disappeared, I'm with you on the bass theory 100%
Flounders seem a rare commodity nowadays on the South coast areas.
here in nz we have a problem with Asians take all they see all fish all shellfish more than they need they dont leave any
But our ranger are very thin on the ground and the Govt dose sweet FA
ps love your vids
EU Trawlers?
The reason there is no founders in Langstone is because of the pollution and dumping from Emsworth. Tell it how it is.
that really sucks . commercial fishing is killing the oceans n bays. love eating flounder :)
Moo
They are used far to much by crab fishermen as pot bait i no this for a fact
maybe the population of flouders was extream before and its now it normal , imagine the food herrings would eat, when there were millions in the Channel, every year, Cod as well, the food they ate, it goes back into the food chain, and increases populations of fish further down the food chain, so you,d get population explosions after one species decimates .............something to think about.
