The format of the meme is showing you that the two factions are identical save for different coats of paint. The humor comes from those subjective labels along with the implication that the other side holds the same derisive opinions.

I feel like it'd be possible to capture SCP-⌘ (6445) with the master ball, mostly *because* it doesn't make sense
plus that'd contain just about every surrealistics SCP at once, which are all a huge pain to contain otherwise seeing as most of them don't exist (except when they do)

The ball can capture him but just like every pokemon, he will only follow commands up to a certain level that depends on your gym badges, reflective of your experience as a trainer.
Plus Legends Arceus, iirc, states that Arceus' manifestation here is merely an avatar of its power, so...

The backrooms are literally just 184 containment.
I'm going to "Well, actually" the Master Ball thing, even though it's beside the point, because a Pokéball isn't going to work on anything that isn't a Pokémon. The Pokémon themselves have the ability to shrink to small enough to fit inside the ball, and the Pokéball just triggers the change. Of course, as far as I know this has only been mentioned twice in the entire franchise, once in an official Pokédex book published only in Japan before Gold & Silver came out and then again in Pokémon Legends Arceus, so it's understandable most people wouldn't know this.
But if it could, I'd use it on 173.

It's pretty obvious. The Backrooms are inferior to SCPs, but that's because The Backrooms can be a part of, or an SCP, but SCPs can't be a part of the Backroom. At least, if we want the Backrooms Lore to make any shred of sense, they can't.
