I don't believe that this song is about a disbelief in God, but more so about Judgmentalism by Certain others (humans) and Potential hypocrisy..... It appears to be from the point of view someone who knows they are flawed, knows they are human, therefore flawed knows that they probably have to correct the flaws they possess within, but don't accept, or appreciate, the condescension which others may be foisting upon them passively, while they know that said condescending person has their own problems to take care of.
