Well if she is likeing comments we just need all the girls at this point I need shay but I want Lucy I feel she has Alot to say from seeing other interviews
The fact that she's starting with the PLL cast, the new set up, the chill vibes of the conversations. 10/10 .. thanks for putting so much effort into this podcast!
Love seeing your two together again with all these PLL reunions I feel like I need to rewatch will always be one of my fav shows please have more of the cast on ❤❤❤
Janel. I will have you know that I grew up absolutely adoring the bratz movie and I still have a soft spot for it to this day. I literally know you from that movie, girl! To other people you’re Mona, but to me you’re Jade 🫶
I can’t believe Bratz bombed. I loved it when it first came out as a kid and I still love it now! I’m glad it’s finally getting the recognition it deserves.
I clicked on this out of curiosity and listened to the whole thing. Thankyou so much for talking about women’s health. I have PCOS too and experienced the difficulties of getting a diagnosis. Felt like i was in the room ❤
@HannahandHoney I love how everyone would complain about lindsay Shaw on the pll podcast talking about her mntal health problems n opening up about addiction n was slated for mentioning it more than once but no one complains about practically the same thing here. Not surprised there's different rules for different people. Ppl are 🤡's ... esp Americans
Thank you both so much for this episode. Years ago when Sasha came forward about her PCOS diagnosis, I was coming into my later teens and and also developing PCOS. I didn't understand why my body was holding weight, causing me pain, the insane irregularities with menstruation. It's possible I would've kept thinking that I should just shut up and stomach it if I hadn't had the proper education and guiding toward medical care and curiosity about my issues. I'm 21 now, it is not under control. But I know not to blame myself for something that affects so many women. Thank you so much for your advocacy and vulnerability
Two incredibly powerful women!! I’m in love with PLL even as an adult. I’m so thankful for this podcast!! It’s absolutely raw and powerful and you’re letting people out there in the world know they’re not alone in whatever health journey they’re going through!!
Yes! Her talking about being on the cusp of gen z made me laugh so much. She is such a staple of millennial culture. She was just so much younger than the rest of her cast. She was younger than her character was even supposed to be.
@ oh idk.. I am not a millennial. I’m actually quite a bit younger than Sasha. I started watching pretty little liars in elementary 😭 I’m Gen z but idk it was just a show I loved growing up
@@1aerene I have loved the show since it came out. I had my little sister's (that are probably closer to your age) watching it with me as toddlers lol. I liked it so much that I read all the books too. I highly recommend, they are very different than the show, but it's such a good series.
I got diagnosed with both pcos and endometriosis at 23 last year, the hardest thing i have ever had to go through and also having two surgeries to remove ovarian tumors, but i just have to say hearing you guys share your journeys helps me feel like im not alone❤️
The algorithm is really doing its thing having this pop up on my feed as soon as I open youtube. Love this so much and I wish you both the best when it comes to dealing with your health and life in general ❤❤
for the PLL and Bratz movie resurgence y'all can thank Mikes Mic!!! hes done full recaps of the PLL series and did a video on how iconic the Bratz movie is on his channel. love seeing Janel on the pod! yalls chemistry is unmatched and i hope we can see yall in a movie/show again 💛
Thank you so so much for this epi, I also have endometriosis And it's not discussed enough, and it's painful and it changes your life so much.... And unfortunately, even if it was discovered fast, it was late like soooo many women that are diagnosed only after their 30s Thank you for sharing your experience and awareness ❤❤❤
my sister and I were 10 and 7 years old when Bratz the movie came out and we were obsessed!! we had the DVD and would watch it all the time! When I was a little older I started to follow all of Janel Parrish’s work because she was my favorite brat and that’s how I found and started my obsession with PLL and Mona’s my favorite character because of her🥹🤍
This is the conversation I didn’t know I needed! I was listening and paused just to talk to my 2 kids (boys) about the difference in health care women and men have, and to be more empathetic ❤
i’ve been a huge fan of you both for what feels like forever!! janel was my FAVORITE in bratz and i’ve been obsessed since! it’s lovely to see women i grew up admiring be strong and intelligent women i continue to look up to in my adulthood🤍 loved the troian episode too PLEASE have lucy on!!!
I was recently diagnosed with adenomyosis. Hearing you guys talk about your experiences with endo and PCOS was so enlightening. I had to jump through hoops and pay thousands of dollars just for them to assume that it could be adenomyosis. The doctor actually put a question mark on my official diagnosis. I have to go back, but the way that women are treated in the healthcare system is atrocious. When I become a doctor, I vow to be much better than the doctors who have seen me.
I was going into surgery to remove my appendicitis in 2017 and they ended up removing 3 ovarian cysts as well and got diagnosed with endometriosis but I can’t imagine the pain and the confusion you went through not knowing you had PCOS. you are so strong Sasha and seeing you thrive and flourish through the years no matter what has been such a beautiful journey.❤️
I love the whole vibes in Sasha’s podcast, she’s always so respectful, the conversations and themes are so so so interesting and educational. It just feel like I’m in the set 😭
This is one of your most insightful and wide-ranging conversations yet! 👏🏻 So great to see you and Janel in Christmas movies, and I would love to see you both star in many more! ✨
bratz is actually my favourite film. I will never admit it to anyone who asks what it is but I have rewatched it way too many times to count! Love every second
I'm not a big podcast girl, but this one, the way that it doesn't feel like an interview but two friends talking in every episode makes it soooo fun to watch!!! Please don't ever stop, Sasha🩷🩷🩷
I loved the bratz movie I have the movie on dvd and I watch it when I want to feel like a teenager again cause I’m 37 years old. Janel character jade from bratz was my favorite and I loved Mona from PLL as well. I remember Janel was in the music video for NLT as well for there song “she said I said (time we let go) so yea I remember a lot of stuff Janel was in lol
My mother in law had severe endometriosis and had her left tube and ovary taken out and her dr told her the best thing she could do was to get pregnant. She was worried that she wouldn’t be able to have kids and surprise she had my wife and 18 months later she had twins. So there is hope!! I wish Janelle the best of luck.
i'm still on my journey trying to find a doctor to listen to me to diagnose if i have pcos or endometriosis because when they see weight gain it's an automatic lose weight that's your problem but it's not and more doctors need to be aware of how our bodies change as weight gain being a symptom not the diagnosis i am about to turn 30 without having any help since i got my first period until now trying to get this figured out especially trying to work and survive with the cysts and extreme pain and fatigue everyday so i completely understand and both of you have explained it so well thank you
I have Endometriosis, Adenomyosis and PCOS and it took me 13 years to get a diagnosis and I still have not gotten treatment. I live in pain. everyday. In my opinion, it's a lot easier and faster to get a diagnosis when you have enough financial resources at your disposal. Most persons don't and this also results in delayed diagnosis in addition to doctors' lack of understanding, misdiagnosis, and often times gaslighting with respect to women's pain. It's important to highlight that for the majority of the population, access to resources is limited.
first Troian, now Janel?! omg this podcast is amazing. Sasha, you’re amazing 🫶🏽
i’m now manifesting “WITN x Shay Mitchell”
SHE LIKED UR COMMENTTT
Well if she is likeing comments we just need all the girls at this point I need shay but I want Lucy I feel she has Alot to say from seeing other interviews
Get all 5 on at once lol love Hannah also
It's almost their 15th Anniversary of the original PLL. These 2 are the GOATS 🔥🐐
two of the three best actors in PLL sitting on a couch together talking. 14 year old me would be crying right now
@@ohmygirlstann Sasha, Janel and Trioan were scene stealers. This is just factzzz.
i’m so upset we never got a solo scene between just Ali spencer and mona. P.S. Lucy was also a strong actor on pll along with janel sasha n troian
Yeah although about her Allison was barely in the show for many reasons and wasn't one of the best charcters
The fact that she's starting with the PLL cast, the new set up, the chill vibes of the conversations. 10/10 .. thanks for putting so much effort into this podcast!
two of the most chaotic iconic pll characters omg
Love seeing your two together again with all these PLL reunions I feel like I need to rewatch will always be one of my fav shows please have more of the cast on ❤❤❤
I loved Janel in bratz and Janel is also the reason why I started watching PLL!!! She deserves all the hype, she’s the best !!!

@@jadebel7006wtf are u talking about
@@jadebel7006well because this is not a podcast strictly about PLL , it’s actually about women.. hence the name.
having this come out the day after i binged the perfectionists was divine timing
I’m still sad they cancelled the perfectionists.
omgg revelmixes taste

It’s so refreshing hearing two intellectual and emotionally intelligent women speaking about these topics. It’s rare to have that these days
I have endometriosis it’s really nice to see someone else talk about it
janel seems like the sweetest person on earth
The Jade first day of school transformation was so iconic Ill never forget it

i love this duo so muchhh 💕
I’m SOOO happy they brought up the Bratz live action!! I grew up on both Bratz and Geek Charming, so the nostalgia obv hit both in PLL and just now!!

YES for the endometriosis awareness! Had it since I was 12 and only got diagnosed at 25

Amazing podcast, love the deepness of Sasha’s conversations! Besides, how come Janel didn’t age at all? She’s gorgeous.

FIRST of all !!!! bratz was a number one hit in my house as a child
It is crazy to me how much younger Sasha was than the rest of the cast.
Yes! I only started PPL because I loved Janel in Bratz, haha.

Ashley next! Her one liners are so iconic!
We need Shay on!!!

Can't wait to watch this
Praying Janel gets pregnant and has a healthy pregnancy. 🙏
