Very nice. I'd ditch those rims and immediately add GM rallys
👍👍👍
Yea the rims got to go
Definitely needs a rim job
Agreed
love these older trucks. the motor is like so easy to work inside of it.. and not so crammed up.. beautiful truck sounds great!
Looks like a k10 and a Vortec not c10 and Ls
I have one of these and I can’t tell you how many times people stop me and asks me if it is for sale.
My little two cents, why in the world wouldn't someone take the time to properly align the steering wheel. Small issue amongst it's others, but, it would drive me crazy.
Because it’s a shade tree mechanic special.
If you tilt the steering wheel up for comfort. You can't see the speedo between 65 and 75 mph. I've done that on my 78. To see speedo
Beautiful! Had an 85 that I loved .......that truck is straight and clean!!!
Sharp looking truck.
But it looked like the front drive shaft was missing.
You might have mentioned it in the video, since I skipped through it.
Yes I did
Do you know why the front drive shaft is in the bed and not on the truck?
The transfer case looked like it was soaked with fluid leaking. I would be curious.
Yes mentioned that in the video
Probably is thats why I showed it in the video.
Looks and sounds nice. Thanks for the Ride-a-long!
That's a K 10, not a C 10,
K is the production code for four-wheel drive. C is the production code for two wheel drive. I have a C-20 that people mistake for a K-20 because of the body lift and tires.
I got a buddy that has a blue shortbed in his pole barn , it's in excellent shape , he pulls his pontoon boat on weekends with it
EXCELLENT !!!! Video makes it a lot easier for people shopping from out of state.
Just what I’ve been waiting for
wish your place business was closer like your inventory and is great asset to anyone's community!! franchise your business it would be a great opportunity for everyone
That's probably gone ,I'd jump on that in heart beat, that's nice truck!!!! They don't make em like that no more!!!!!
New fancy, Bluetooth front driveshaft
Oh yeah Trans Ams and trucks I'll be there soon as I can Maple Motors Nick this is Nick!
8-9k truck at best. Even if everything worked perfectly with a nice custom interior, stereo system, and some electronic gauges… it still wouldn’t be worth $17k.
That is definitely a matter of opinion cause the market says differently. Trucks already on hold
@@MapleMotorsNickSouthgate they should’ve shopped around.
Square bodies have really taken off.
@@darrentolliver9647 square bodies were mass produced from 73-87… they’re a dime a dozen. Great trucks for sure, I’ve owned quite a few myself. I’ve seen far better ones for far less $ though. I realize it’s a stealership sold pickup but I’d love to know what they paid for it. I doubt it was over $9-10k, probably even less. The front driveshaft laying in the bed was a nice touch 🙄.
Yeah a very good looking truck. That lift did
Turning round corner or u-turn raito is small. Feeling like a tractor trailer driving in a pickup.
Your knocking videos out this week
Trying to , thanks
Love the chevy but concerned about the four wheel drive.
Is the transfer case broke?
that steering wheel has got to be fixed whoever put it on like that needs to have their head checked lol i keep waitin for the truck to jerk to the left or right, otherwise thats a clean truck wish it was a short bed though
It's beautiful... but I prefer the punches on the ground, hitting an ant 🤣🇧🇷🇺🇸
Neat lifted squarebody but got loose those rims dig Vortec swap seems like bed is off a bit.
Passenger Door is a different color.
Is there not suppose to be a drive shaft connected to the front axil or did I miss something @7:28
good catch!
wheres the front drive shaft?
In the bed , shown at the end of the video
This is it chief
4 wheel drive isnt hooked up
Dash board cracked in the middle, top interior light cover missing, missing seat belts, what was the button to the left of the ash tray, missing front drive shift....
What's the switch's on the dash on passenger side by the glove compartment bro.
that steering wheel ?
Would have to agree this is a 7000 too max 8000 dollar truck
I would have a lot of these if I could find them that cheap.
😭 I miss my 86
What did this truck do to deserve this treatment? Lose the tires/wheels, fix the horn, finish the interior and you have a nice truck.
It’s a bummer it’s not four wheel drive
Horn 👍
I'm assuming that because you don't have to get out and lock the hubs manually "Or from what I can see" that they are automatically locked when you shift into 4x4.. Sweet truck for sure Nick thank you for showing us the inside, the outside and the underside lol. 👍🙏🙏
I didn’t see a transfer case or drive shaft
@@raymondlanier1112 The transfer case starts @7:09 at 11 o'clock and the driveshaft starts @7:13 at 12 o'clock. Not hard to miss if you know what to look for. 😉😂🤔
@@imhappyandyou.4003 i had to replay on my computer now i see the transfer case just missing drive shaft
Almost every Chevy I've had either has electronic transfer case or in the cab floor shifter to select 4x4. Either or, put in neutral, shift to 4x4, put in drive and sling mud lmao. Hub locks are a Ford thing
Where is the front drive shaft ???
In the bed
Love the truck but them wheels and tires got to go! Also it aint loud enough but that's an easy fix. 👍
that is a Beautiful Truck!
CLEAN !!!!!
Dont know about the hiphop wheels.. I would put swampers on it.
Love it!
Around the looks of that steering wheel the front end is out of line other than that it's a beautiful truck
Nice!!!! 👍👍
Nice I have a truck like this
👍💯😎💯👍
Damn you horn
Nice ass truck.
Don't you have one with a LS motor
isnt the C-10 the 2-wheel drive and K-20 was 4x4
It is a lot of $$$$ for such an old truck with questionable mileage.
In Australia you would probably get more for it. About a year ago there was an old Silverado ready to become an LG fridge for $ 70000.
Have you ever shipped to Ontario Canada? I'm interested if you have!
17,000 for a 1986 truck? Jesus....
Love it
@Exglobetard3 You up upset u can't afford a vehicle from Maple?
C10 4x4 hmmm dont think it works like that c= 2wd k=4wd.....
a turbo 350 transmission,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
A 4X4 is a K-10
I’m in love 🤤🤤🤤
New tires would help with the ride those rims an tires make a horrible ride an look even worst
Junk
As a retired contractor, i can say. I HATE pickup trucks! Drove that or a van every day for 35+ years. They remind me of work, i hate them! 😁 Should all be put in a crusher as far as I'm concerned.
