I have same model sound bar first time it’s happened. I saw few videos. I fixed then second time again happen. I call to lg support center they fix it but i paid money 20 bd. Now again third time problems. I didn’t check so far but if i will do reset it’sok fine i don’t want to pay again better throw in the garbage.
Hi, I am having the same issue. I did reset the bar many times but nothing. Woofer won't stop blinking green repeatedly. Sad cuz everything was working just fine
To exit demo do a clear. Press volum minus, hold It then press and hold sound effect on the remote. After some seconds you Will ser ep2 clear and sound bar will shut off. It Will restart on powering on again.

I have the same problem. I did everything the same as in the video, but when I press the button (silently) nothing happens. There's nothing I can do about it, and the green light is constantly flashing. Can anyone help please?
Hi for me works this : hold volume minus button on sound bar and mute button on the remote simultaneously for 10 secs and then apears WL Reset and then i continue as in the video. Thx
Pour moi ça marcher enfin après 6mois. J'ai pas appuyer simultanément. Avec la commande j'ai appuyer sur F jusqu'à ça affich LG TV puis j'ai diminuer le son à 0 et après j'ai appuyer longtemps sur Mute et ça marché le reset🙏🙏🙏
