To be honest the only difference I've experienced is in wear. Aliexpress tyres seem to be softer an wear a little faster. Plus tire size can be a big factor. Enjoyed the test. Always a pleasure Brother. Right On 👊
How long did you use the branded jconcepts before the test? I'm curious because if the aliexpress ones were new it could just be that they needed broken in maybe?
I did think about that. but to me Jconcepts tires are sticker when they are new. The ones from aliexpress was clearly using a different rubber. The rubber would absorb water.. where the jconcepts would repel it. Thanks for comment. I still have the tires and might give them another shot.
No, I don’t… near the end of this video I discovered that the compound of rubber they used doesn’t repel water. Making the tires useless in wet conditions. Thats the only set of aliexpress tires i have ever ordered. Hope you have a great weekend.
This is just the video I was hoping for David ! I wouldn't mind paying the full price for the legit Jconcepts ruptures but you just can't get hold of a set in the UK for love nor money 🙈 once you add shipping and tax from the US it just makes them unrealistic . glad you added in the note about the wet performance of the AliExpress tyres aswell because that's a big deciding factor for crawling in cold damp Scotland ! 😂 currently running Predator compound hyrax and might give the Predator Krawlers a try next if I can't source some legit ruptures. Thanks for the review Brother !👍👌
I used to run hyrax predator but they wear out extremely fast also and they don't work amazing with it wet either here to me. The ruptures are awesome and I have the Ali express version I ran today they definitely aren't the real thing even though they feel so soft. A tire I have been using for last year that I like better than the hyrax is the duratrax deepwoods. They work good on all terrains wet and dry and last a lot longer and are a good bit cheaper than hyrax if you haven't tried them I'd give them a try for sure.
Too much weight on youre crawler ive seen people with so heavy crawlers that no matter what tire they put they wrinkle them like an 80year old that never moved from the sun and thats what make tires mess up
thanks finally someone talks the difference & make real life scenario.

@@bigheadrc Good info on them soaking up water. I would have never thought that.
@@Smile-N-Bear yes, that a serious deal breaker for me .
Exactly... Agree with this....
Running a heavy wheel is all the difference , great vid

Nice comparison i use the hyrax amazon ones and they are the same work good only on certain terrain
Thanks Kurt 🔥

god video, i have ordered the Ali fakes for my Injora rock buggy but it tends to be used in UK woodland and i figure they will do okay for a while
Yes, I only saw a big difference when they go wet .

Krawlers are an awesome tire also. I hope you get your hands on some ruptures. Thanks Rab 💪👍

@@braddunn5983 oh yeah, I love deep woods … Good all around tire.
Cool testing big head
Thanks Keith 💪👍💯
I’ve started the video and u might tell later, but how long did Ali express shipping take?
I believe about 2 weeks. did you watch the entire video?
Where is that? Looks awesome!
Glendale Shoals in Spartanburg SC
The Ruptures from Aliexpress got ruined after 5-6 hours of rock crawling. They are almost slick tires now. I will not buy them a 2nd time....
Thanks, it’s good to hear other experiences with the tire.
Only 5 to 6 hours use, geez how many pounds does your crawler rig weigh?
