We train them to our standards so that they blow your past cleaning companies out of the water.

I stressed out for half an hour, whilst trying to move house, trying various ways to unclog a blockage just under the handle. Even started to dismantle the handle, when that failed, reluctantly, went to RUclips and found this video.

Thank you for making this video. It saved out butts when our cats Santa hat (yes I know it was as ridiculous as it sounds) got sucked up and lodged right at the bed at the bottom of the handle. We could not figure out how to get it out until we saw your video! That "fowp" sound when it came unclogged was such a sweet sound lol

Thank you! I spent 30 minutes on a video chat with Shark who told me to use a broomstick or wire hanger to release the blockage. Another 20 minutes trying to use that failed instruction and decided to look up a video. Worked like a charm! Next time, I will go straight to your videos instead of Shark!
You are amazing! We had taken apart as much as we could but still couldn’t find the micro fiber cloth that I had sucked up. With your instructions, we finally found out where it was (towards the bottom back), sucked it into the tube and we’re able to get clog out. Thank you!!!

Yay! It worked! Took about 45 seconds and it moved to the mouth of the hose. Never sucked all the way into the dump container but came out just the same. Didn't know moonbounce non skid socks were that stubborn 😆

I bought a shark duo clean lift away on FB marketplace which someone was selling for £40 due to clogged hose (At the bend) Managed to negotiate £20 as I wasn’t sure I could get it unclogged or not. Can I just give you a massive shoutout for this video. After trying a broom handle and some fiberglass fish tape, I was very skeptical this would work. But it worked! Genius!

Thank you so much for this video. Your trick really did work. There was a sock stuck in the bend of my new shark Apex duo, a $500 vacuum, and I couldn't get it out. I have a cleaning business so this happens quite often, but I have always been able to get my vacuums unclogged. Well not this time. It wouldn't budge. I thought for sure I was going to have to take it in for repairs. I watched your video as a last resort and tried your trick of stretching the hose while it was on. IT ACTUALLY WORKED! Didn't know I had a blockage - just knew dirt was not getting into the canister. Thought I had thrown a belt or something more serious. Experimented by trying to pickup something with just the hose but it collected debris in the 90 just after the roller brush. I tried your hose stretch method just to get that out of the way in my trouble shooting and I'll be darned!!! I had unknowingly picked up an ankle sock! Many thanks!

So helpful to fix the issue but it took a while. That whomp sound from the plug moving is glorious. My advice, use a penny to let you know where the clog has moved to. Mine was not clogged by clothes but by the shredded paper that became a nested ball that my brother was too lazy to sweep up. Some air could get through which did not make me think there was a blockage until I tried to put a battery/penny down the hose and it would not get through.

Dude, you're awesome.... I was stuck bad, had a lid in the top of the hose, I mean it was almost the same size as the hose, I'm shocked it even fit into the hose, but it worked like a charm. Brilliant!

THANK YOU! I totally missed you could unclick the tube from the hose - I was literally trying to unscrew it off 😂(which you can’t really do) and that led me to your video. There was SO MUCH dust and dog hair packed in there, and then it all came back to me a while ago being lazy and never emptying the container and ohhh hmmm duhhh that’s probably why it backed up so much even though I kept emptying the container. Oops. I do recommend separating the hose and tube over a trash, or at least not in your face like I did bc if it’s hard to get off, the force when it opens may fly in your face. 🤪
I’m appreciative you highlighted the hose not really bending when it’s clogged and how that makes it so much harder to move - I kept thinking it was getting harder to lift, panicked I even was getting weak lol. And OMG WHAT A DIFFERENCE the hose feels now. I had no idea what I was missing out on!

I have checked every point and still makes that stupid noise. I have no idea what to do. I removed the hose attachments and it still makes that noise so I figured it was the filter or the base and neither of those things were the cause either
