She's not that accomplished compared to what other people from the Schur- verse have gone to accomplish like Steve Carrel, John Krasinski, Ed Helms. But yeah she's really down to earth and likable and that shows even in the way she plays Leslie.

Censored swearing can sometimes be funnier than hearing it because it can cover up a bad take/delivery (Think Aubrey Plaza in Scott Pilgrim). It also makes sense since the show is styled as a documentary so it's like we're watching that footage that they would watch back in the show. That's why the only bits of music are when Ann and Chris leave and towards the end of the show, when the footage breaks out of the real world and into the fictional.
1:52 that's what happens when you shoot in an actual office instead of a set. You can notice many television show and movie set doors are huge to allow camera access. They are very thin and wide. You'll notice it now that I've told you.
