I've really been looking into this game and I'd have to say its a lot different than the previous titles. Two of the most noticeable differences are the lack of any HUD, including life bar, and the lack of experience. I'm excited to see how these new mechanics turn out.
The combat does look a little better. They're adding more animations so you aren't sheathing everything all the time when switching attack styles and so you do more "special moves".
This is the way a RPG should be: Socially, Economically, and, (ultimately), Universally interactive. Laissez-faire systems work and all the power to those people who can realize that.
God dam it.... I played fable 1 on the pc when it released,bought it immediatly. 1 week after Fable 2 was released,bought that one. And now b4 i even realize it Fable 3 is comming out soon....Screw you Peter your getting me overexcited(broke aswell) :S
@utube2234 it's not gay at all. Peter gave an example of a child stuck in a burning building and you use the dynamic touch to lead them by the hand to safety. I think this is a great feature as it makes it feels more realistic now the way you can react with the AI.
Peter Molyneux actually delivered on most of his promises this time around. Could have improved on somethings but nothings perfect. I really like the weapon evolution though
Peters successful delivery was, according to majority opinion, hit and miss for the most part in Fab;e 1 and 2. Personally I really enjoyed both games alot, there were a few hicks here and there that bothered me on occassion but nothing is perfect and it didn't completely ruin my Fable experience. I came into Fable 2 fully aware that Peter was over passionate and zealous when talking but the game still game out pretty damn good. Fable 3 is shaping up to be an awesome game, can't wait!
@Charlie87370 it's talking about the vision you get if you get the See the Future DLC, where it shows you as the king/queen of albion and shows your child, as the next generation of heros, you also get these kool king/queen clothes and an awsome scepter =P
YES I WAS RIGHT! You start as the son/daughter of your Fable 2 character! I knew it I knew it I KNEW IT! lol It gave out a pretty big hint in the see the future add on, where it says you become the new king/queen of albion and give birth to the net hero.... And people didn't believe me! =P
It would be cool if Lionhead made an expansion pack or something that shows what happened to the Old Kingdom. I'm always getting stuck in between support pillars in F3 and want to know how they got there in the first place.
@CloudMeetsSky based on the information I it is believed to work like that based on morality and the amount of creatures used to level the weapon, however this is only speculation.
peter molyneux doesnt care about the GUI or whatever he saw assassins creed 2 how to change armor and weapons and decided to integrate that into fable 3
@GhostLate Yes you can play as a villian like all the other fables and your apperance will change as well depending on your actions like the others, Look at the other trayloers they'll show you

You design how it looks, and if it's a sword or a scythe or whatever, you even decide the sharpness, length, and shape of the blade. Everything. So have fun with your sickle! Lol.
wow they didnt finsh they map rendering when they showed it, that had to be embarrassing for pm and just so you guys know, some of the map doesnt change like bower lake, i changed it to a mine, but it looked as if it was still there
this game has amazing features if they use it properly this can easily be game of the year. definently counting the days for this games release

@MrGamerhelper98 the hero's child was probably born like 30 years before fable 3 thus making him 20 years old. that is my hypothesis.

It would be cool if some parts of the map would be corrupted and that shit depending on what you've done there.
This so far looks like they have fixed alot of things from 2, and put back more upgraded features from 1, looks good so far.
