How does mca cortical stroke cause hemiplegia ? Isnt it aca that supplies the cortex for the lower limbs ?
In the final slide, left UPPER MOTOR NEURON facial palsy is given... While whole talk is about uncrossed hemiplegia.. Can u explain sir
In crossed hemiplegia there is lmn facial palsy.
Umn facial palsy is seen usually in stroke above the cranial nuclei as facial nerve has bilateral cortical representation.
