@sitprettybaby8188 vitamin d3 is a questionable substance, especially the method of which it was found. It's also known as cholecalciferol, which is used as rat poison. Now, to be fair, pure chocolate is actually great for us, but it could be used as poison for dogs. The thing is, cholecalciferol can and does do the same thing to humans that Vitamin d3 does to rats, which is raise calcium levels in the blood, which can lead to health complications. Vitamin d can be produced by daily sunlight easily with only about 10-30 mid day daylight exposure. While you can overdose on the D3, you can't overdose on sunlight because your body knows how much vitamin d it needs to make. (Nothing in nature is pointless, God is intentional) and yes, you can get sun burnt, but that has nothing to do with the Vitamin your body naturally makes.
Also German homeopathy (cell tissue salts) help with that and varicose veins, formula.

Yes! Just use few droplets on your hand and start rubbing the area and for internal area use cotton ball and the oil droplets then insert into the area. You may feel a oil sensation. Let it stay in for as long as you can or overnight. For this type of health condition use few droplets in a water bottle or desired daily spray the area. This oil is very effective. You'll start feeling and seeing results.
