The Bible is a culmination of all the sciences. The more you know about the sciences, and then read the Bible without any of the attached dogma you've been bombarded all your life, the more it reads to one of higher mind like a science book masqueraded in allegory. It is divine truth. If you understand the biology of the central nervous system, the many processes and chemicals involved, the circulation of the cerebrospinal fluid, kundalini breathing, the chakra system, understanding transmutation (alchemy), meditation, understanding natural laws (and working with them), and understanding the mental discipline involved, one will understand Revelation to be the hidden epiphany of internal enlightenment (obtaining Christ consciousness) rather than a doom and gloom saga. The more you learn and connect the dots, the more you realize mankind has been led astray by power structures like churches and governments for far too long, and that their hustle is soon coming to an end. I just discovered her. I have struggled many years with severe childhood trauma, addiction, and suicide/depression issues. I've always felt that my response was perfectly rational to an irrational world/environment. I don't know how to get over it especially after keeping it buried for decades. I don't blame others. Damaged humans do the best they can( I guess). I've decided not to have children so I don't pass these issues on. I wish others were as responsible and self aware but it's not so. I think there's something being intentionally hidden from us humans about our past. We could be something much greater.
I can relate to everything you have stated. I also know big things are being hidden from us. As for the trauma, depression and addiction, I've seen many people swear by meditation. It may be a bit scary at first, so persevere if you try it.
I was adopted…It is mind boggling that someone would go out and get a child with will and intention (not like an accidental pregnancy or something) and then go on to damage and traumatize them 🙄 I relate, but the amount that you are self aware ironically would make you actually a good parent (good enough) because what I have noticed is the worst parents are so incredibly not self aware whatsoever and can’t self reflect much!
You need to have children. It’s what makes you grow as a person and teaches you to REALLY love and forgive. God said we should go forth and multiply and fill the earth. If you make a decision not to put your issues onto your children, you won’t. It’s a very lonely life without family which will definitely not help you. And please only meditate on Gods word. Meditation where you empty your mind is a good, quick way to allow demons and evil spirits into your mind. God can help you with all of your issues. Simply give your life to Jesus and ask Him to take over your life and He will. Watch it get better! There’s hope with Jesus and the bible just don’t give up ❤ May God shine His face upon you ❤ Romans 8:28 And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
I am so glad I found Barbara O'Neill! She's a sweet intelligent and precious lady. Her sweet voice and bringing God into the presentations makes me know that I can trust Al she tells us. Spread the love, forgive always ( you don't need to forget though, but why hold onto it if it serves no purpose. We forgot that there's only one race, the human race and we're all brother and sisters under God. Spread the info and also the love and caring that's needed so much in these times.
Powerful, insightful, effective and practical. I know someone who called me four days ago after my vacation. She had nothing positive to say, it was all negative. I thought to myself this is a woman that is not happy, she has issues. I did not take her negativity personal, but I did ask her to stop. I eventually said goodbye to her. I haven’t spoken to her since. I don’t need people like her in my life. I’m no rewiring my brain.

Unfortunately, this was the second time of infidelity ( first timeSss I forgave) that produced kids ( 2 both from different females ) there other times that I suspected but had no proof. I'm happy without him, very happy, because being broken in that manner brought me into the presence of God. My ex is a kind of Muslim by birth, not practicing any religion, he was also baptized in a Christian church but he has no fear of The Lord. My ex would have prevent me from obeying the commandments of God. We were unequally yoked. And no, I do not want to get married again unless God says otherwise. This time my life is not up to me, it's up to my Creator to decide for me. I want to surrender every day to God and to walk after His commands and precepts. I'm quite confident that God Himself had authorised my marriage unto failure (according to the world) but according to heaven it was a freeing from a marriage and a husband whose intention was never to bring our family into submission to God. I loved my husband 😊 I was his girlfriend at 15 and we were together until our 30's that's almost my whole life, I didn't want to get divorced but that's what happened. The Lord giveth and The Lord taketh away. It's God's will that I'm interested in, you are 100% correct we are all sinners. Now that you know my story, do you still stick to your previous comment?

Forgiveness is absolutely a miracle and now I have scientific proof on a molecular level. I forgave my father of hitting my mother when I was 5yrs old. PTSD flashbacks at 15yrs old caused the anger and revenge thoughts . Long story short I met Messiah Yeshua Jesus and became able to forgive 🙏 and it inabled me to love my dad more than ever. I was thinking about getting trained in Deliverance and asked God to choose the training I would take and this shows up in my feed. This would make an excellent intro to Deliverance training!! Depression is the cause of isolation. Separation caused my depression. You could say desire caused my suffering. I can argue that desire is a want, and that the relationship with my son had such a connection, that stimulated such growth and positive energy, that it no longer classifies as a want. A need is something required to continue living. Fundamental needs being food and water, and apparently love in some cases. As I have discovered of myself, those who possess the capacity to experience love in such a way that the emotional body is now dependent upon that connection will not survive its loss. Although the physical body may continue beyond the abandonment of hope, to do so minus the emotional body is an empty ghost like existence, wrought with suffering and agony in isolation. Slow death without connection is a horrible way to die. Dependency on certain stimuli like people/relationships are considered an addiction. But with some people that addiction creates positive results so idealistic and rare that it becomes the essence of your being. However, once you create harmony and recognize its beauty you cannot go back. The caveat being, should tragedy occur and you loose or become separated from this connection, you will no longer be able to survive in the same emotional capacity as you did prior to that relationship. A single note cannot produce a harmony, nor can many that are out of tune. This is your achilles heel after finding your reason for being, your song, your purpose in life. Be careful what you wish for. Protect it with your life. Life matters.

I have always believed that both the left and right side of the brain aide in spiritual communication such as hearing the voice of God through the Holy Spirit or getting visions either waking or in dream state. Visions,dreams, communication from God from the right,visions, nightmares,mental attacks of the mind from the left. I haven't been able to prove this but through your teaching it puts me closer. I have the mind of a Godly woman, but my body has been in suffering for many years now and I have forgiven all all of my life, so I don’t know where my brain cells have gone astray? But, I tell you when I first got sick was after having two days of a celery juice and then I had an orgasm and boom a massive rush of salt to my head I suppose, I didn’t work it out until recently like 3 years later, but that thunderclap came after the wrong ingredient to take to heaven, the top of my brain blew out and many symptoms and ailments later. I don’t have time to list all I’ve have gone wrong in my body but I feel like I’m dying and I’m 57. Inflammation my c relative protein is now 75 , it’s supposed to be 3, it’s been rising for three years and the doctors don’t do anything to try find out what it is and where it is, they just want to give you pills and collect $ and send in the next one. I’m in the too hard basket because each time I go in there I have a handful of stuff to sort out and they don’t want to help sort it out, so many of my ailments lead to the next and the next, the metabolic syndrome in now in place and I expect diabetes next as I am pre diabetic. I because of pills they put me on for the small blood vessel disease in my brain they said I have the medication has put 36 kgs on me and my BP through the roof, I couldn’t get it down so 8 have another medication on topnof the verapamil to relax my veins I have ormasartan. Then I’ve always had kidneys that don’t work right and that’s were blood pressure starts, yet they don’t send me to a kidney doctor , I have moderate fatty liver disease, I take kidney and liver tonics, Chinese herbs for kidneys and Thompsons liver cleanse, they stop the massive pain I get in my gut. My gut is like I’m pregnant, just had colonoscopy had 6 polyps removed, got diverticulitis and god knows what else, whit matter disease deep in the brain, when I had the stroke like thunderclap the massive one I felt it in the top of my brain stem, like the ball on top, massive massive pain, I’d say the electrical system sparking all over the place, they wanted to do a spinal tap I said no way. I already had a headache. I just pray every day Barbara and my lungs now have restrictive lung disease, I can’t do much without exaughstion. So the oxygen isn’t getting into my body like it should, my organs are starving of oxygen and I drink water, and tea can’t have coffee it gives me headaches, I have allergies even Penicillin, iodine bubbles my skin badly so I get cysts, I m haveing a whole system breakdown, thyroid disease with nodules, bad arthritis everything cracks all my movements, God has really struck my or is it the Devil? I’m not sure, 8m meant to be happy about carrying all this as his suffering servant, but I tell you the longevity of it is killing me. Literally and I just started on GINKO yesterday and flaxseed oil felt better last night but woke up with a headache, so I’m not sure if any of it is going to work. I’ve got the Celtic salt and put a few grains in my water. Anyway, we will figure it out, God and I , I’m in W.A and too far for your retreat not that I could afford it, or do any of the excercise your talking about running when I can barely walk, my feet kill and I’ve read it’s the liver, it’s 4 cm bigger than normal, I was bitten twice in two years from ticks also and have never been to the doctor about it wondering if I may have Lyme disease? Yes my urine, breath and colon release smells because I am constant in detox mode, but my urine is like ammonia, really strong and I read about that the other day with the liver being in disease something changes and the brain ends up with Edema and it’s to do with ammonia or something, beautiful Nicolette, Lawson died from cerebral edema from liver disease the edema being caused by the liver turning out ammonia, so there is an end to the liver and it ends in the brain or can effect the brain with fluid, I already have edema in my body, my feet hands face tummy legs have all got an inch of pitting edema so a lot of my extra weight is fluid, I feel like I will be dead within 12 months or less if my conditions don’t change and not that I’m afraid of death but the dying process isn’t much fun, it’s pain for me every day. Some things can be easily fixed with change, but until you know what the root of the start of the problem is, and the path and stepping stones it has used to get to where you are, it’s hard to trace back the organs, diseases to find a way to be fixed. I work on my kidneys liver, skin, brain, stomach, using castor oil but not over my thyroid as I got a thumping throat one night it reacted to the oil, , so I will just mosey along slowly learning from you in different videos self education, I don’t trust doctors but need operation umbilical hernia soon, and pray every morning I get up before sunrise with Jesus, we chat, he shows me things, and brought you to me, but he hasn’t taken away my ailments, I guess it keeps me at home with him alone and sometimes that’s all it is about. I’ll be going in the rapture soon I hope, and then I will get my glorious body and will never be sick or sad or in pain ever again, and that is when we will all be happy and healthy forever, amen. The 7 Mental Laws that govern the Brain: 1.) The law of cause and effect. Symptoms are the effect. Proverbs 26:2 No problem happens without a cause. Look at the cause of the effect. 2.) The Law of Choice. Revelation 3:20 God gave us the freedom of choice, including to forgive. What do you want? Do you want to be free? 3.) Words effect your feelings. Don't wait until you feel like it, or you'll possibly never do it! It takes 21 days to create a new habit. Forgiveness and Love is a choice. Your words effect your feelings. Be very careful of your words. It's your obligation not to speak your mind. You don't know the effect of your words on the hearer. Proverbs 12:18 Your words reveal your feelings. You have to deal with them in the I want section of the brain. 5.) 5th Law is the Law of Adaptation. We have a changeable brain. We can rewire our brain. Proverbs 13:20 Walk with wise men to become wise... Soft wire the brain is called Neuroplasticity. Proverbs 22:24-:25 // Neuorgenesis means to stimulate new brain cells. There are 3 shockers: i.) One way is fasting. Example is Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Queen/Prince and have an 18 hour window between Lunch and Breakfast. Or come to Misty Mountain Health Retreat where it is made really easy for you where you do 2 days on vegetable and fruit juices. ii.) The next shock is finishing every hot shower with a quick cold. It will stimulate the brain to release BDNF Brain derived neurotrophic factor - New Brain Cells. iii.) Third shocker: HIIT > High-intensity interval training. Example run for your life for 30 seconds ... up hill... and then do it again. Every time we learn something new we develop another dendrite. Examples are learning new verses, learning a new piano piece. Science shows there are 3 things that are the most powerful developing new dendrites; i.) Learning a new language, ii.) Learning a musical instrument, and iii.) Memorizing Bible verses. The Word of God is quick, powerful, sharper than any 2 edged sword. Piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit and the joints and marrow. Is a discerner of intents of the heart. That's the Word of God. That's the Bible. There are 3 things we can grow: 1.) New Pathways 2.) New dendrites 3.) New Brain Cells What about shrink? When you forgive the Glial cells works on shrinking that memory and need not be part of your daily thoughts. "If you don't use your brain cells, you will lose them." 7.) The last Law is The Law of Diversion which states that when something is so firmly denied as to refuse any hope the brain has the ability to divert to other pursuits. When God closes a door he opens a window. You can rewire you brain right up to the day we die. When we start rewiring our brain, it will not be easy. My prayer is that you take up the challenge to rewire you brain. ...so that you can have a healthier, happier life.

I've started 1 "I want," and I turned it into "I will," and it's giving me results. Losing weight since 1.5 yrs ago has been hard after I had my third and last baby. I returned to work when he was 2 months old and picked up the habit of "vaping." I am a former smoker who quit due to pregnancy. I've only truly quit 3 times for each of my kids within 3-6days of knowing. Vaping is really hard to get rid of because I vape even while working, so the habit is pretty sticked. Since I started losing weight, it has become my sidekick.. I don't eat at work only when I get home, so throughout the day, it takes my mind off the fact I haven't eaten. If I take the decision to stop vaping, I feel or think it will impact my eating habits, and I will become bored therefore resorting to snacking. I've lost about 15lbs this is week 4. So do I wait till I am fully comfortable eating one meal a day (this is really just on weekdays, I eat more on weekends with my family) or do I quit cold turkey and get it over with? I used to eat one meal a day through my whole life. My third pregnancy basically made me feel hungry in the morning even though before then I struggled even with the smell, it would make me nauseous. My body got used to the BF, lunch and dinner and then when I started to work co workers would eat out everyday something that I wasn't used to either. At this point I know I'm making excuses. Feel free to advise me tough love or honesty. I will definitely take it account and weight my options.

I just discovered her. I have struggled many years with severe childhood trauma, addiction, and suicide/depression issues. I've always felt that my response was perfectly rational to an irrational world/environment. I don't know how to get over it especially after keeping it buried for decades. I don't blame others. Damaged humans do the best they can( I guess). I've decided not to have children so I don't pass these issues on. I wish others were as responsible and self aware but it's not so. I think there's something being intentionally hidden from us humans about our past. We could be something much greater.

I can relate to everything you have stated. I also know big things are being hidden from us. As for the trauma, depression and addiction, I've seen many people swear by meditation. It may be a bit scary at first, so persevere if you try it.

I was adopted…It is mind boggling that someone would go out and get a child with will and intention (not like an accidental pregnancy or something) and then go on to damage and traumatize them 🙄 I relate, but the amount that you are self aware ironically would make you actually a good parent (good enough) because what I have noticed is the worst parents are so incredibly not self aware whatsoever and can’t self reflect much!
You need to have children. It’s what makes you grow as a person and teaches you to REALLY love and forgive. God said we should go forth and multiply and fill the earth. If you make a decision not to put your issues onto your children, you won’t. It’s a very lonely life without family which will definitely not help you. And please only meditate on Gods word. Meditation where you empty your mind is a good, quick way to allow demons and evil spirits into your mind. God can help you with all of your issues. Simply give your life to Jesus and ask Him to take over your life and He will. Watch it get better! There’s hope with Jesus and the bible just don’t give up ❤ May God shine His face upon you ❤

Unfortunately, this was the second time of infidelity ( first timeSss I forgave) that produced kids ( 2 both from different females ) there other times that I suspected but had no proof.
I'm happy without him, very happy, because being broken in that manner brought me into the presence of God. My ex is a kind of Muslim by birth, not practicing any religion, he was also baptized in a Christian church but he has no fear of The Lord.
My ex would have prevent me from obeying the commandments of God. We were unequally yoked.
And no, I do not want to get married again unless God says otherwise. This time my life is not up to me, it's up to my Creator to decide for me. I want to surrender every day to God and to walk after His commands and precepts.
I'm quite confident that God Himself had authorised my marriage unto failure (according to the world) but according to heaven it was a freeing from a marriage and a husband whose intention was never to bring our family into submission to God.

Depression is the cause of isolation. Separation caused my depression. You could say desire caused my suffering. I can argue that desire is a want, and that the relationship with my son had such a connection, that stimulated such growth and positive energy, that it no longer classifies as a want. A need is something required to continue living. Fundamental needs being food and water, and apparently love in some cases. As I have discovered of myself, those who possess the capacity to experience love in such a way that the emotional body is now dependent upon that connection will not survive its loss. Although the physical body may continue beyond the abandonment of hope, to do so minus the emotional body is an empty ghost like existence, wrought with suffering and agony in isolation. Slow death without connection is a horrible way to die. Dependency on certain stimuli like people/relationships are considered an addiction. But with some people that addiction creates positive results so idealistic and rare that it becomes the essence of your being. However, once you create harmony and recognize its beauty you cannot go back. The caveat being, should tragedy occur and you loose or become separated from this connection, you will no longer be able to survive in the same emotional capacity as you did prior to that relationship. A single note cannot produce a harmony, nor can many that are out of tune. This is your achilles heel after finding your reason for being, your song, your purpose in life. Be careful what you wish for. Protect it with your life. Life matters.
When you’re currently in alignment with all that is good and positive, her whole lecture takes on a whole new reinforcement as to why it is that I manifest under god the architect. ❤️❤️❤️

I have the mind of a Godly woman, but my body has been in suffering for many years now and I have forgiven all all of my life, so I don’t know where my brain cells have gone astray? But, I tell you when I first got sick was after having two days of a celery juice and then I had an orgasm and boom a massive rush of salt to my head I suppose, I didn’t work it out until recently like 3 years later, but that thunderclap came after the wrong ingredient to take to heaven, the top of my brain blew out and many symptoms and ailments later. I don’t have time to list all I’ve have gone wrong in my body but I feel like I’m dying and I’m 57. Inflammation my c relative protein is now 75 , it’s supposed to be 3, it’s been rising for three years and the doctors don’t do anything to try find out what it is and where it is, they just want to give you pills and collect $ and send in the next one. I’m in the too hard basket because each time I go in there I have a handful of stuff to sort out and they don’t want to help sort it out, so many of my ailments lead to the next and the next, the metabolic syndrome in now in place and I expect diabetes next as I am pre diabetic. I because of pills they put me on for the small blood vessel disease in my brain they said I have the medication has put 36 kgs on me and my BP through the roof, I couldn’t get it down so 8 have another medication on topnof the verapamil to relax my veins I have ormasartan. Then I’ve always had kidneys that don’t work right and that’s were blood pressure starts, yet they don’t send me to a kidney doctor , I have moderate fatty liver disease, I take kidney and liver tonics, Chinese herbs for kidneys and Thompsons liver cleanse, they stop the massive pain I get in my gut. My gut is like I’m pregnant, just had colonoscopy had 6 polyps removed, got diverticulitis and god knows what else, whit matter disease deep in the brain, when I had the stroke like thunderclap the massive one I felt it in the top of my brain stem, like the ball on top, massive massive pain, I’d say the electrical system sparking all over the place, they wanted to do a spinal tap I said no way. I already had a headache. I just pray every day Barbara and my lungs now have restrictive lung disease, I can’t do much without exaughstion. So the oxygen isn’t getting into my body like it should, my organs are starving of oxygen and I drink water, and tea can’t have coffee it gives me headaches, I have allergies even Penicillin, iodine bubbles my skin badly so I get cysts, I m haveing a whole system breakdown, thyroid disease with nodules, bad arthritis everything cracks all my movements, God has really struck my or is it the Devil? I’m not sure, 8m meant to be happy about carrying all this as his suffering servant, but I tell you the longevity of it is killing me. Literally and I just started on GINKO yesterday and flaxseed oil felt better last night but woke up with a headache, so I’m not sure if any of it is going to work. I’ve got the Celtic salt and put a few grains in my water. Anyway, we will figure it out, God and I , I’m in W.A and too far for your retreat not that I could afford it, or do any of the excercise your talking about running when I can barely walk, my feet kill and I’ve read it’s the liver, it’s 4 cm bigger than normal, I was bitten twice in two years from ticks also and have never been to the doctor about it wondering if I may have Lyme disease? They don’t really recognise it here in w.a I did the online fibromyalgia test and past, my pain is all over, in every part of me, I want to change, I want to be healthy, I have forgiven all my abusers, and I live like a woman in a cave who doesn’t go out or do anything waiting on the Lord to take me home.

Yes my urine, breath and colon release smells because I am constant in detox mode, but my urine is like ammonia, really strong and I read about that the other day with the liver being in disease something changes and the brain ends up with Edema and it’s to do with ammonia or something, beautiful Nicolette, Lawson died from cerebral edema from liver disease the edema being caused by the liver turning out ammonia, so there is an end to the liver and it ends in the brain or can effect the brain with fluid, I already have edema in my body, my feet hands face tummy legs have all got an inch of pitting edema so a lot of my extra weight is fluid, I feel like I will be dead within 12 months or less if my conditions don’t change and not that I’m afraid of death but the dying process isn’t much fun, it’s pain for me every day. Some things can be easily fixed with change, but until you know what the root of the start of the problem is, and the path and stepping stones it has used to get to where you are, it’s hard to trace back the organs, diseases to find a way to be fixed. I work on my kidneys liver, skin, brain, stomach, using castor oil but not over my thyroid as I got a thumping throat one night it reacted to the oil, , so I will just mosey along slowly learning from you in different videos self education, I don’t trust doctors but need operation umbilical hernia soon, and pray every morning I get up before sunrise with Jesus, we chat, he shows me things, and brought you to me, but he hasn’t taken away my ailments, I guess it keeps me at home with him alone and sometimes that’s all it is about. I’ll be going in the rapture soon I hope, and then I will get my glorious body and will never be sick or sad or in pain ever again, and that is when we will all be happy and healthy forever, amen. The 7 Mental Laws that govern the Brain:
1.) The law of cause and effect. Symptoms are the effect. Proverbs 26:2 No problem happens without a cause. Look at the cause of the effect.
2.) The Law of Choice. Revelation 3:20 God gave us the freedom of choice, including to forgive. What do you want? Do you want to be free?
3.) Words effect your feelings. Don't wait until you feel like it, or you'll possibly never do it! It takes 21 days to create a new habit. Forgiveness and Love is a choice. Your words effect your feelings. Be very careful of your words. It's your obligation not to speak your mind. You don't know the effect of your words on the hearer. Proverbs 12:18 Your words reveal your feelings. You have to deal with them in the I want section of the brain.
5.) 5th Law is the Law of Adaptation. We have a changeable brain. We can rewire our brain. Proverbs 13:20 Walk with wise men to become wise... Soft wire the brain is called Neuroplasticity. Proverbs 22:24-:25 //
Neuorgenesis means to stimulate new brain cells. There are 3 shockers: i.) One way is fasting. Example is Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Queen/Prince and have an 18 hour window between Lunch and Breakfast. Or come to Misty Mountain Health Retreat where it is made really easy for you where you do 2 days on vegetable and fruit juices. ii.) The next shock is finishing every hot shower with a quick cold. It will stimulate the brain to release BDNF Brain derived neurotrophic factor - New Brain Cells. iii.) Third shocker: HIIT > High-intensity interval training. Example run for your life for 30 seconds ... up hill... and then do it again. Every time we learn something new we develop another dendrite. Examples are learning new verses, learning a new piano piece. Science shows there are 3 things that are the most powerful developing new dendrites; i.) Learning a new language, ii.) Learning a musical instrument, and iii.) Memorizing Bible verses. The Word of God is quick, powerful, sharper than any 2 edged sword. Piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit and the joints and marrow. Is a discerner of intents of the heart. That's the Word of God. That's the Bible.
There are 3 things we can grow: 1.) New Pathways 2.) New dendrites 3.) New Brain Cells
What about shrink? When you forgive the Glial cells works on shrinking that memory and need not be part of your daily thoughts. "If you don't use your brain cells, you will lose them."
7.) The last Law is The Law of Diversion which states that when something is so firmly denied as to refuse any hope the brain has the ability to divert to other pursuits. When God closes a door he opens a window.
You can rewire you brain right up to the day we die.
When we start rewiring our brain, it will not be easy.
My prayer is that you take up the challenge to rewire you brain. ...so that you can have a healthier, happier life.

I've started 1 "I want," and I turned it into "I will," and it's giving me results. Losing weight since 1.5 yrs ago has been hard after I had my third and last baby. I returned to work when he was 2 months old and picked up the habit of "vaping." I am a former smoker who quit due to pregnancy. I've only truly quit 3 times for each of my kids within 3-6days of knowing. Vaping is really hard to get rid of because I vape even while working, so the habit is pretty sticked. Since I started losing weight, it has become my sidekick.. I don't eat at work only when I get home, so throughout the day, it takes my mind off the fact I haven't eaten. If I take the decision to stop vaping, I feel or think it will impact my eating habits, and I will become bored therefore resorting to snacking. I've lost about 15lbs this is week 4. So do I wait till I am fully comfortable eating one meal a day (this is really just on weekdays, I eat more on weekends with my family) or do I quit cold turkey and get it over with? I used to eat one meal a day through my whole life. My third pregnancy basically made me feel hungry in the morning even though before then I struggled even with the smell, it would make me nauseous. My body got used to the BF, lunch and dinner and then when I started to work co workers would eat out everyday something that I wasn't used to either. At this point I know I'm making excuses. Feel free to advise me tough love or honesty. I will definitely take it account and weight my options.
