For those who don't know: This is the 8 year anniversary to Techno's video "Cooking with Technoblade" which was one of the only few videos that included his face (I believe it was the first one ever as well, I could be wrong though) and this video was recorded in the same kitchen and used some of the same editing and jokes. It's interesting to see something like this. Usually it's common to see a boy trying to live up to his father, but this is charming to see a father striving to live up to his son. This really shows how much he loves him.
It's honestly so nice to see technos dad make content for us, like he's not just completely abandoned technos RUclips fans. Techno probably did also have something to do with technos dads motivation to keep posting for us since he cared about us so much that one of the last things he did was to just write a note to everyone and us.

I remember watching techno's video 6 years ago, sure it wasn't 8 years when it came out, but at least I can still say I've watched him for 6 years. His videos always kept me happy, and still will. Not only that but it all lead to to the new greatest youtuber MISTER TECHNODAD!

That's something like object associates or something, it's kinda like when somebody moves an object on your desk to somewhere else on your desk, and you stop and look at your desk for a good 5 minutes thinking "isn't something supposed to be here?, something feels off" You are so used to seeing objects here and associating them with your desk

it took me 12 hours to bring myself to watch this. it’s still really hard for me to think about techno without wanting to cry. seeing technodad replicate his son brings me to tears but it’s nice that he’s sharing technos most iconic moments.

The phrase "never meet your idol" didn't correlate with him because if you met him he wouldnt hate you or ignore you, he'd probably call you a nerd and be a human with you. He was caring, kind, and thought about the rest of the world first over himself. Would you say his still grieving father doing this video is an overkill? I wouldnt think so.
This is so cool, all the references are on point, and for a lot of us who don't have a positive father figure, it means so much to just see a dad vibing, and loving his son so wholeheartedly. Can't really phrase how thankful I am in a comment but... idk man this genuinely makes me feel so peaceful and safe? Glad techno got what I and many others didn't. I have to say its been a while since we lost Techno and that was, somehow, the biggest hit my heart took from anyone even remotely famous passing... whether it was the time passing factor of his streams or just that he was such an incredibly magnetic guy, drawing me in with his hilarious quips and the fun he had with his friends, he was an incredible guy... that being said, you Technodad are definitely living up to what he left behind for you. Its incredible seeing the person that made Techno who he is taking up the mantle after he left, even with all the hardship you've been through... always remember even if people hate or are rude for no reason, theres plenty of us that miss him and are glad that you're here and doing well after everything! When all is said and done, you're both awesome and we love both of you! keep up everything youre doing, we need more people like you and Techno on this platform!

Yes it's bittersweet. Yes, I still miss him every day. AND. I love his community SO MUCH. So many wonderful, supportive people. They help me with my grief and I help them with their grief.

I actually watched your minecraft videos through to the end because they were actually good. Keep up the hard work and I look forward to seeing more. The fact that he frames and edits it so you can't even get a good look at his face, just like Techno's, was a cherry on top. If I had never seen technodads face before this, I'd have just as good of a picture in my head of technos face - and by that I mean I'd have no real idea what he looks like.
Hearing a voice like Technoblades and someone who has a similar personality helps alot. its hard to realise someone like technoblade is gone but watching someone who felt much more and is still able to make a cooking video and live a normal life gives me confidence Thank you.

it took me 12 hours to bring myself to watch this. it’s still really hard for me to think about techno without wanting to cry. seeing technodad replicate his son brings me to tears but it’s nice that he’s sharing technos most iconic moments.

The phrase "never meet your idol" didn't correlate with him because if you met him he wouldnt hate you or ignore you, he'd probably call you a nerd and be a human with you. He was caring, kind, and thought about the rest of the world first over himself. Would you say his still grieving father doing this video is an overkill? I wouldnt think so.

This is so cool, all the references are on point, and for a lot of us who don't have a positive father figure, it means so much to just see a dad vibing, and loving his son so wholeheartedly. Can't really phrase how thankful I am in a comment but... idk man this genuinely makes me feel so peaceful and safe? Glad techno got what I and many others didn't. I have to say its been a while since we lost Techno and that was, somehow, the biggest hit my heart took from anyone even remotely famous passing... whether it was the time passing factor of his streams or just that he was such an incredibly magnetic guy, drawing me in with his hilarious quips and the fun he had with his friends, he was an incredible guy... that being said, you Technodad are definitely living up to what he left behind for you. Its incredible seeing the person that made Techno who he is taking up the mantle after he left, even with all the hardship you've been through... always remember even if people hate or are rude for no reason, theres plenty of us that miss him and are glad that you're here and doing well after everything! When all is said and done, you're both awesome and we love both of you! keep up everything youre doing, we need more people like you and Techno on this platform!

Yes it's bittersweet. Yes, I still miss him every day. AND. I love his community SO MUCH. So many wonderful, supportive people. They help me with my grief and I help them with their grief.

The fact that he frames and edits it so you can't even get a good look at his face, just like Techno's, was a cherry on top. If I had never seen technodads face before this, I'd have just as good of a picture in my head of technos face - and by that I mean I'd have no real idea what he looks like.
