@@mezsaimniecibai have a spreadsheet that plugs into appSheet. Rows are specific trees and columns are GPS coordinates (that link to a map), harvest week, notes for literal harvest date each year, was there any seed at all that year, etc. This is how I track hundreds of trees and shrubs so that I know where to be each week and each day. I did a lot of hyper monitoring and note taking last year and it paid off this rear. I started with a note pad and quickly switched to the spreadsheet and app. Having all of the data out of my brain is a lot less stressful. I still keep a paper journal. When I plant the seeds, I also note over-wintering success. And again once germination is complete and further when i have a seedling count mid summer. I err on the side of collecting too much data. One never knows how it will be useful in the future. 😊
I use digital notes, what I print out, write notes in field, then make it digital and print out. Our memory is surprisingly short or we do to much multitasking.
If you search "USDA Woody Plant Seed Manual" you can download A-Z by scientific name each chapter of a huge book about tree varieties, seed harvest, seed processing, storage and germination best practices. It's an awesome reference. I have the hard copy, but I am in the US.
I tend to get excited about the mulching qualities of "dead" seed and chaff and use it in my veg beds.
So many baby trees with the veg 😂😂😂
It is nice way how to grow tree seedlings!

Es ;s;is sēklas vācu ap 10to oktobri.

Kā uzglabājat sēklas? Internetā atrodama brīžiem pretrunīga informācija.
Sēklas manuprāt jāglabā mitrās smiltis mazos plusos. Lai netiek klāt grauzēji.
