Hi there, thank you, i loved this video, the valley is gorgeous and your calm way of explaining the wonderful history is engaging. Looking forward to the next adventure, best wishes from winter in New Zealand
Thank you! Yes, it’s been a warm week. I do remember visiting NZealand in the February of 2006 and arrived when it was your summer. What a contrast to February in the UK. Great memories of a super trip. Thanks for watching! 😀
@@HikingForHealth1 very well thanks, I was thinking of you when I crossed from the northern edge to Edale Moor trig and had to get to ringing Roger... Follow the wire fence! Thanks once again. Great camp on RR, and had a phone call at 1am to say my fourth grandchild had just been born! Life is good!
This was fantastic , i had no idea that this area was so beautiful , what is maddening to me , 29 mile 47 mins away not far from me which is Horncastle , i have been past this place many times whilst out on Motorcycle runs , i guess its because cant be easily seen from the main road , i will put this right next summer , ty so much .
Thank you! Your comment is very much appreciated. It’s well worth having a look at and if you combine it with the Ancaster Roman trail even better. Glad you enjoyed it and it was useful to you! There’s another on my channel called In the Footsteps of Roman Legions which I also enjoyed doing! All the best and Merry Christmas to you. 😀
Beautiful place
It is and in that weather makes it even better. Thanks for watching. 😀
